The hotel is conveniently located, especially if you need to stay close to Napoli Centrale train station. The room was spacious enough for a short stay, the bathroom was a good size, and the staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in.
The hotel feels quite dated, both in its decoration and overall atmosphere. There was a noticeable old building smell in the corridors and when entering the room for the first time. The bathroom was spacious, but it could have been cleaner, with some mold visible in a few corners. The electrical installations also looked old. These are small details, but together they make the hotel feel less well maintained than expected.

Great location, close to the main train station and airport bus. It’s a nice old school design, the roof top has a great view, so does the balcony. It’s spacious. The staff were generally nice and helpful when needed.
Some things are outdated, but nothing to deter, the floors could be a bit cleaner in the room, but all in all it was nice. Be wary of the area, it was fine, but for some people coming from small towns and are less traveled might be put off. Nothing the hotel can help with anyway. The room can get loud, if you’re sensitive, bring ear plugs. The pillows were slightly hard, but still alright.

Large room and ensuite bathroom. Handy fridge. Close to railway and bus station. Price acceptable by comparison with alternatives.
Apart from receptionist and room cleaning, there is little by way of sevices and no possibility of breakfast. Rooms are tired/old-fashioned. Lot of noise from traffic, car horns and general hubbub by day and by night. Location is quite far from the main shopping and tourist areas like Toledo, Spagnoli and ferry terminals, needing a fair walk or bus/metro ride.
