The host is attentive and kind. I liked being close to the central train station and airport bus. The room is lovely, the bed is comfortable and there are many places to go and see in walking distance.

A modern, comfortable and clean room with a spacious bathroom. The rooms have coffee and some snacks and thoughtful amenities such as a corkscrew/bottle opener.
Don't be put off by the neighborhood. Remember this Napoli! Everything is grittier here.You're practically across from the train station and rhe Starhotel Terminus for rhe excursions. We used it as a base for visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi coast.

Inside it was clean and comfortable
It is WAY OVERPRICED for what it is. It charges you 100 EUR a night for a 20 EUR experience
It doesn’t have a 24/7 check in or luggage storage after check out (at least they didn’t offered one to me after I checked out)
You have to carry your luggage all the way up on stairs
The outside is in restoration and the neighborhood feels unsafe
