The room here exceeded the normal expectations for most hotels, and they provided extra amenities in the bathrooms and the room to make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room itself is very spacious, well decorated, and included A/C. Located just a short 5 ish minute walk from the Napoli Centrale. Fast replies from the staff and no problems with the stay.
The communication with the property manager was a little difficult, but they were quick to respond and provide directions. The location was a little sketchy, but the rooms themselves were very secure and we had no worries once inside. It could get a little noisy early in the mornings, but that’s just from the room’s proximity to the city center, so if you’re willing to deal with a bit of extra noise, this is an excellent stay.

The room was very clean.
The host didn’t give prior instructions for arriving to the building so we were confused when we got there and couldn’t get inside. Additionally, she didn’t make us aware that the tourist tax had to be paid in cash till the day we arrived, and we were only staying one night so we didn’t have time to get cash prior. She called me in the morning and yelled at me to pay even though I told her I was on the way to get cash.
