The staff and the hotel and the garden
It would have been nice if I was able to make a cup of hot coffee and tea with milk at any time. I was only able to make a cup of herbal tea. Also biscuits would have been a nice addition to go with the hot tea and coffee. :)

Absolutely stunning location, the walk to Montepuliciano centre is close by and well routed - the lovely hotel staff gave you ALL the information you needed and a map. The walk was stunning as you are surrounded by near 360 views of tuscan valleys and rolling hills. The apartment room was really quirky, a gorgeous balcony space and amenities. We shared a lovely cup of tea overlooking the traditional tuscan garden space and had a huge breakfast filled with many options of all tastes. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, kind and gracious. We loved our stay, thank you so much.
