Great location and excellent staff. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful.
Black mould in shower. Bed was very hard. I requested extra pillows as needed to assist with pain management and I never got them.

The staff made you feel welcome and at home. I wasn’t treated as just another stranger or number They were amazing. I also liked the 1960s decor and the fact that l got a knock on the door for my wake up call brilliant
Shower was small and the shower head was awkward croissants weren’t from a bakery tasted like they were from a packet in a supermarket
