The staff made you feel welcome and at home. I wasn’t treated as just another stranger or number They were amazing. I also liked the 1960s decor and the fact that l got a knock on the door for my wake up call brilliant
Shower was small and the shower head was awkward croissants weren’t from a bakery tasted like they were from a packet in a supermarket

Nice hotel could do with a little update, staff are excellent , very close to train station.
The hotel is a little out dated could do with a revamp.

Hotel was in a fantastically convenient location next to Mestre station, which means you are well connected to elsewhere in Italy, and to Venice centre via a 10 min train.
Whilst the room was very tired, it was probably okay value given how expensive Venice can be.
Rooms were really quite scruffy. Stayed two nights in two rooms. First was small, signs of water damage on wall from A/C leaking, bathroom shower head fell off. Room was ok but very tired. Second room/night was similar but more tired. Room smelt and had signs of damp from window leaking. Shower head again fell off. Room very tatty.
