Great location about 3 minutes from the train station, very good for travelling into Venice which was €1.50 on the train and took about 12 minutes with trains leaving every 10 minutes,
Staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel while we took a boat trip around the islands
Easy to get the No15 bus from outside of the station to the Airport
Definitely recommend the MARCIANO PUB MARGHERA about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel

Excellent room, clean, comfy and well working air conditioning. Location near the Mestre train station gives easy access to Venice, by train and bus. The only negatives for us was the breakfast that just had all the cheapest stuff, like very cheap diced sausage instead of bacon and filtered water with fruit sirup instead of real juice. However good croissants and coffee came to the rescue.
