Amazing facilities including all of the pools indoors and out, really lovely restaurant and a very good breakfast.
Staff were amazing and whole place was very clean
Nothing about the hotel itself, nearby town was a little quiet, but Pisa is only a short train away

The spa and pool
The rooms need a refurbishment, from the dirty shower, the leaky faucet and toilet, the non-insulated windows and noisy air-conditioning system.
No fresh gluten free bred and pastries for breakfast while there are gluten free bakeries nearby
