Nice modern hotel

Big comfortable room, lobby area is bright and modern, the immediate area is lively with shops and restaurants

Hard to access via public transportation, only 1 bus line. Was expensive.

Very nice, but pricey

Breakfast was great. Thank you. It was a very nice place, staff was great and very helpful. We just found it very expensive per night, but then were in Boston , MA for the marathon, so we get it.

Value for money

There were some issues with the shower, mainly clogging in the bathtub. We have informed this in the front desk. Otherwise, up to the expectation.

Bed and climate control were great, however, internet could be far superiour as well as tv port access.

Bed was comfortable, thermostat was quick to cool or heat the room.

Internet was horrendous, no on-site laundry, tv access was extremely limited. Parking was $30 a night when I expected it to be included.

Pleasant

Breakfast was good; hated using paper bowls for hot oatmeal. Was surprised room was not attended to, later found out you had to request clean towels and coffee

Spacious, comfortable, pretty room. You’re pretty much next to everything you need, Design wise - it really is beautiful Comfortability, could have done better - bed is decent, nothing crazy. Bathroom style is gorgeous

First day I checked in, the older lady at the front was quite rude - even threw a remark when I was trying to understand, I asked a question such as: “How come it says Hilton & not Hampton?” as I’m not from the area, my friend responds: “Because it’s the parent company.” and she responds to him: “Thank you for being educated.” When I tried to ask her questions about amenities as I came down later that same night, she just kept giving a look of distaste. I’m unsure if it’s the piercings, whatever it is, she certainly was friendlier to my male friend, but to me, the guest who was staying, she just looked like she didn’t wanna answer anything or bother. Unsure what her deal is. Besides her; the two lovely women after that were very sweet and friendly - it’s good etiquette in such businesses to send a smile towards your guests as those two women did and not eyeball them while throwing shady remarks like the older one did.

We enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was fine, location is awesome with a bunch of places to eat. There's a bus stop at the hotel, 20 minutes and you are at the Central subway station.

Our stay was pleasant. There just needs to be some improvements in the cleaning technics.

Location of facility was exceptional! It was near great stores for shopping, restaurants, outdoor courtyard community area, short walk to the bus stop, and was next door to a medical center. The hotel was beautiful and the morning breakfast was delicious.

Cleaning ladies did not PROPERLY clean the rooms when requested. They left trash on the floors when it was supposed to be vacuumed and did not mop the bathroom floors. There was still debris under the sink and in the corners in the bathroom. Also, there's no pool! How can you have such a lovely hotel without a pool?!

Spacious and a beautiful location. Easy to find when arriving and beautiful area. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

The AC in the room was a bit too loud, and the fan in the bathroom could not be turned off. The room was a bit dated, and the amount of plastic used everywhere was a bit over the top, in my opinion, especially at the coffee station in the room and in the breakfast. Also the breakfast needed a bit more options

This was the best hotel that we have stayed in in Massachusetts.

Location was great, plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast was awesome!
