The location of this Hampton was unexpectedly convenient for dining and shopping options, all within a 1-2 block walk. The staff was friendly, room was nice, and they offer a good breakfast.

I was traveling with my mother who is in a wheelchair. When I went to check in the woman at the front desk said she was going to switch me to a suite for my mother's sake. The room was clean, beautiful and roomy and we were able to take advantage of the breakfast one of the days of our stay and the variety offered and the food was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the woman that checked us in didn't mention that when she was switching us to a suite that she was also charging another $100.00 to my credit card. Overall, we did have an enjoyable stay, though.

I really like the property! Have stayed there a couple times with no issues. This stay was different. We were there for 4 nights - our room cleaning with fresh towels didn’t happen until we complained on day 3. Disappointed about this as we got back to room late at night when housekeeping gone. The other instance was our tv didn’t work to watch Super Bowl and maintenance guy on property had gone home for the day. Again - unexpected instances - management tried to rectify but didn’t have staff to truly fix. All in all - would still stay at property but thought maybe some sort of “we are sorry” coupon would have been nice

The shower sprayer didn’t work and the room was out of shower gel and body lotion in their refillable dispensers. The room temperature felt cold at 71 or 72 so this is why it was up to 75 when I arrived. That was odd. Upon leaving there were no carts anywhere and so I had to drag all my bags out myself in several trips. Also by 9 am Sunday morning there was no more dark roast coffee and they seemed to have trouble replenishing the breakfast items with a big crowd. Having said all that, none of it mattered. It’s a great place for a great location and the room is nice, clean, quiet, Nice beds and pillows. I’d stay again but probably just ask for help. I did not like paying an extra $30.00 for parking. All in all it was worth the price though.

This is definitely not a flagship property for Hampton Inn. They need more front desk staff, as one person to handle check-ins, guest questions, and the phone explains why so many mistakes are made and service is slow (wrong keys, wrong room assignments, and people being given rooms that were already occupied.) The bathroom was under stocked (6 squares of toilet paper on the roll), and the refrigerator can’t accommodate a bottle of soda and a leftovers box.

Great location. Many, many things to do in direct vicinity. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Enjoyed the trip!!!!

We ended up arriving quite a bit earlier than posted check in time, and front desk person was lovely and gracious about letting us check in early. We were very appreciative! Property is located in a shopping area with plenty of stores and eating choices in the blocks surrounding the hotel.

Once you check in, it’s an excellent area to be in if you want options for food and shopping. A lot of restaurants and Target is right across the street. Everything is walkable.

Room was dirty, sheets were dirty. The area and staff are nice but it’s pretty sad that a new hotel is taken care of like absolute crap.

Good stay. Comfortable mattress. Not sure thermostat on a/c worked - it got hot during the night. Convenient location. Good price. Breakfast okay but not great. I didn't care for the eggs or the fresh fruit. Medium-roast coffee could be better.

Good location. Parking is way overpriced ($30 a day) and not well-displayed when booking. Beds were great and room was clean. I don't like totally clear shower doors because you don't have privacy when showering and someone else is getting ready in the bathroom. My biggest frustration was the $30 a day parking. In the first place, that's ridiculously expensive. I thought the charge would be triggered by the gate and charged if we used it. Well we parked at our family's place and had them get us several times, so we didn't even use the parking and we still got charged. I inquired at check out about the charge and was told she "was sorry but couldn't do anything about it" but she could have if I'd let her know earlier in the week. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and kept very clean by the attendants. The selection was typical for Hampton Inn (which is to say it's better than many hotels with a breakfast buffet). Very clean hotel and I'd recommend it. Just remember you'll get screwed by the $30 day parking.

A very nice hotel. Served breakfast until 9:30 which is nice. So many close down at 9:00. Beautiful shower. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Just one cleanliness disappointment was in the bathroom where the toilet seat had a urine stain and the shower door handle had fingerprints. I was not happy paying $30 for the parking garage which also didn’t feel safe.

The desk staff is not friendly. I've stayed here many times and I always feel like I am bothering them. The fan in the bathroom stays on 24 hours. It's so annoying and hard to sleep.
