Very cosy and comfy. Breakfast over the beach early morning was one of a kind. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The shower head was damaged and not working properly. The safe box was not fixed inside the wardrobe. The fridge was leaking water inside. But in general everything was ok.

The hotel has a beautiful view and a very nice location. Yalıkavak Marina is only around a 10-minute taxi ride away, which was very convenient.
The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and always smiling. Their service and attitude made our stay much more enjoyable.
The room was a little small, and the soundproofing was quite poor. We could clearly hear people outside as well as noise from the neighboring rooms.
The shower head also needs to be replaced, as the water pressure was quite weak and the water sprayed unevenly, which made showering uncomfortable.
Another issue was the bedding. There was no proper duvet or blanket on the bed, only a very thin cover. When we asked for a blanket the following day, we were told that they did not have any and could only provide another thin cover similar to the one already in the room. A proper duvet or blanket would definitely make the stay more comfortable.

Location, private beach and swimming pool.
Rooms pretty old, view of the rooms on the swimming pool/see with not a lot of privacy, stuff no proactive and they misunderstood at least partially every order we made at the restaurant or room service.
Furthermore, my girlfriend was sick and we asked if they had paracetamol: they do not have it and its a basic medicine that every hotel should have it.
