We’d do it again!

View, comfort, delish breakfasts, walking accessibility; though it was up a series of steep, short hills, we had no problem walking to-from the property. The hosts went “the extra mile” to help us with a few unique concerns, like printing important documents.

A peaceful stay in a charming villa overlooking Yalikavak

The place itself is beautiful and picturesque, the view was breathtaking day and night, the comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, hosts kindly adapted to our schedule whether it was for breakfast or late night arrival/departure. Location was great, so close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

Owners of this villa!!! They did everything for us to stay comfortable! Also they are taking care too much about their house, each single detail well decorated and cleaned and treated well! They are putting all their hearts to host you well! Big appreciation to them! We were keep extending our stay there more and more and we will highly recommend it to all our friends!

Would love to come back again. Truly one of the best booking experiences and hosts I have encountered.

Beautiful and very well taken care of villa with all the amenities you may need. The view from the pool and the terrace is breathtaking. But most importantly, the hosts are simply amazing. Mr.Haldun and his wife are very welcoming, kind and always willing to help (from recommendations to ordering a taxi). One of the best stays!

Lovely stay in beautiful Bodrum

It’s a beautiful villa in an excellent location in Yalikavak. We could walk to the beach in the mornings and to the restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs in the evening. It’s a nice 20 min walk to the beautiful Yalikavak Marina as well. The owners Haldun bey and Mine hanim make you feel like you are someone from family visiting them. Very good, healthy breakfast, a nice large swimming pool, clean, bright rooms, far from the crowd but in a waking distance from the center location, 20 out of 10! Like staying with a friend in Bodrum

It was just like staying at a friend's house. The right amount of privacy, with a kind and available host, excellent breakfast and wonderful views. The villa is indeed cozy with charming decor and a welcoming place for a holiday.

Everything was great!! Mr.Haldun & his wife were super nice and helpful and gave us the best recommendations to enjoy our stay in Yalikavak. The house is really beautiful with large pool and amazing view! Also the breakfast was full & delicious :) I definitely recommend. آقای هالدون همه چی عالی بود٫ مرسی!

Great stay

A great building with comfort, swimming pool and a great view. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed the stay.

The only thing is that we had a small room as the other ones were already booked, so we hope next time to get another one larger.

A paradise

This is paradise. A beautiful Italian-style villa with a breathtaking view, a pool, a rooftop terrace, and amazing hosts. Our room was perfectly sized and thoroughly designed. The bed was more than comfortable, pillows put you to sleep as soon as your head touches them, the nice breeze carries on the sea and flowers surrounding this perfect place. Breakfast is served on a balcony overlooking the beautiful marina and mountains. Eggs of your choice, olives, cheese, sausage, fresh vegetables - one cannot leave hungry. Hosts deserve a special mention. They are caring, helping, and ready to provide any recommendation you need to have a perfect holiday at Yalıkavak and surrounding towns. Simply perfect.

I've spent around 2 weeks here with my partner and have no negative memories to point out about our stay. It is a great house with very helpful and friendly hosts. Their service level was excellent even for the high standards of the well known Turkish hospitality.

Amazing hosts with an amazing villa

The hosts were very nice and helpful, we cancelled our plans outside and we spent a wonderful multicultural night at the terrasse of the villa with the hosts and the guests. The hosts are committed to give you the best recommandations to have the best experience in yalikavak. The house is perfectly located with an amazing view and everything is reachable with a walking distance. What a unique and authentic experience ! I definitely recommend .

I would like to thank the couple for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed our days and I regret that we did not have more time. We will definitely be back to enjoy the hospitality and perfect atmosphere. I will miss the delicious breakfast with a wonderful view from the terrace. I'm looking forward to next time.

Lovely property, lovely hosts - very friendly. Great breakfast and you got something different everyday. Comfortable rooms with a spectacular view but even better from the roof terrace. Utterly charming
