Location was fantastic, and the kitchen had everything you need for a quick stay.
The bed wasn't comfortable and we only had 1 bed pillow each, so had to take some of the sofa cushions.

Location is fantastic - apartment is roomy
Nothing with the property but the owner had not advised the late checkout we booked was incorrect, money had been taken so we presumed we had till 4pm. The cleaner turned up that morning and spoke to the owner who would give us 20 minutes to vacate or pay another whole nights stay rate - we had no choice than to pay the whole nights rate - then after 10 minutes the original fee paid for late checkout was refunded.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was equipped with appliances and pots and pans. It had a great location and we easily walked to Tower Hill. There were many restaurants and a little grocery store very close by. It is also easily in walking distance of Bank, Tower Hill, and Monument tube stations. The apartment is clean and seemed well maintained. The elevator was small but worked well. Air conditioning worked well and we were very comfortable.
The check in instructions weren't necessarily confusing but we did have to look around for the room and the lockbox. We were in a top floor apartment. The instructions were to take the elevator to the 4th floor and go to apartment 9. Floor 4 is the top floor with an elevator but apartment 8 is the last apartment on that floor. We found an access door with the stairway behind it that went up to the "5th floor" where we found apartment 9 and the associated lockbox. It wasn't necessarily difficult to figure out but there were no signs with directions to apartment 9, we just had to explore and find our way.
The beds were a little stiff/springy but I would absolutely stay again.

The property is clean and spacious, and a great location to shops and travel.
Could do with a bit more attention to details. Things like more kitchen towels, toilet paper.
In addition a number of the lights wasn’t working, in the bedroom two out of three lights didn’t work.
Noise from outside was quite high even with two layers of windows.
