Good location for where we needed to be hotel clean and nicely decorated did not look tired
Room was expensive considering it a 4 star virtually no window so quite a dark room mattress very hard

Breakfast was good
No information about the hotel we had to ask all the time. The view of a wall out of are window. Got the wrong bill on check out

Okay sized room and lovely room. Comfortable and the housekeeping was good and prompt daily
Second time I have stayed, the first was a birthday and this time was an anniversary. Both times no care what so ever on the occasion for the visit. I explained at check in that I've had a terrible day and had many issues. And that I was here for anniversary. I've stayed at many hotels for many occasions and through many ups and downs. I don't expect much but as a person who works in hospitality myself. I know the little to expect from these moments at hotels. I didn't even hear "best wishes" from staff. Its not that I expect the red carpet. But the very least amount of care and want to be hospitable isn't too much to expect. I think the front of house should work on this.

The location is good. The bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like the Reception staff as I am older and they spoke very very quietly and I spent the whole experience asking him to repeat every single thing they said. The Aircon in the room was substandard. They told me that was a high up as it could go, but it was less than a slight breeze. The tea in the room did not come with any milk.
