Good value

Excellent bed, good size room, breakfast options were very good and a lot of choice, good location near pubs and restaurants, not far from the underground and ideally situated for an evening stroll by the water.

Très bon séjour!

Bien situé, il y a des arrêts de bus à proximité et la station de métro London Bridge. Hôtel sympa, bien décoré, personnel sympa. Le lit était confortable et j'ai apprécié avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Je n'ai pas été gênée par le bruit, malgré mon sommeil léger ( équipée de bouchon d'oreilles quand-même, et bien fatiguée!), j'ai bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner continental, assez varié, même si j'aurais apprécié des haricots à la tomate et des oeufs brouillés, il y avait largement de quoi manger!

Pas grand chose. Peut être de quoi poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Ce serait vraiment la seule chose négative à dire de mon point de vue

Lovely lovely hotel decorated beautifully. Great staff & close to London Bridge.

The hotel was superb. The room was immaculate. A huge thank you to the cleaners!! They do an incredible job x

We were expecting a cooked breakfast. I think you should put a continental breakfast only on your website

Great place and friendly staff.

Very quirky with comfortable rooms and good breakfast choices.

We were given an adjoining room at first but this did not suit us so we asked to move rooms and this was accommodated.

Very comfortable and convenient for where we were going.

The shower head could not be raised as the riser was broken. There was no bottled water in the room

Excellent value hotel, the staff are superb. I would book in again.

Modern, clean. I love the entertainment theme as well. Good breakfast included.

Very minor. The queue for coffee etc. was a little tedious. Could do with a separate hot water machine for those just wanting tea or hot water.

Wouldn’t use hotel again .

Good location Diversity in breakfast

1. Room too small . Corridors have a foul smell . Damp . Bathroom too small . TV is poor . At least a smart tv . No intercom. No air conditioner .

Great location, easily accessible from the station, main sights in walking distance, good connection by tube to other parts of London. Friendly staff, good choice of products for breakfast.

Would be great, if a small towel could be added.

The rooms are very small and the shower was not of good quality. Breakfast was average. Some of the homemade cake was really undercooked.

Exceptional

Almost everything, partcularly the great entire staff ( partcularly Ola), the convenient location , the excellent breakfast. The only drawback is the tiny. Size of the room. We definitely recimmend thr place eventhogh it a little bit pricy

Excellent stay- don't hesitate to book!

The room was exceptional- we were in the Chicago themed room for my partners birthday and the staff were so so helpful from organizing decorations etc. to aiding our luggage storage when plans changed last minute and we arrived early! They really went above and beyond to make our stay special and help surprise my partner! Location was perfect and close to Borough market and tube and loads of options for food nearby. Breakfast was also gorgeous and really tasty! Bed and room were super comfy 10/10.

Nothing- everything was great- especially the theming! Maybe a wider range in the bar of drinks but still was pretty good!

Superb

Small but cozy room, hotel in a good location

Few improvements to be made to the infrastructure, ie add clothes hangers near the door, somewhere to sit to put your shoes on, in the bathroom we only got one towel - no hand towels; toilet brush was also missing. The breakfast was good but pity there were none of the traditional English breakfast components available (fried eggs, baked tomatoes, beans...).
