The staff were very welcoming, taking cases to the room. Offering a carton of water on arrival (it was a hot day). Phoning for a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble.
I couldn’t fault it. Although pretty expensive, it’s true that ‘you get what you pay for’ in this life.

Location big room lovely bathroom comfy bed free welcome drink on arrival
Reception area not clear and were ignored on arrival with bags so obviously checking in, water station on our floor not working but we’re not advised, dirty food tray outside our door presumably from previous occupant took nearly a day to be cleared, air con in room seemed very inefficient so both nights were stuffy, breakfast very poor quality and service for that class of hotel
