We went to this hotel in Montanejos as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. We found the room, food and facilities of the hotel excellent for the price and the location put us right by the river and close to all the 'walks' that we had planned to do. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions even when we asked in English! The staff in the restaurant were particularly helpful. This has been the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel over the last 15 years but as the hotel was renovated recently this was probably the best.
Access to the car park could be better as a little difficult to navigate but generally everything was good.

Lovely location.
Staff was unfriendly. You get the filling that they do not like tourists. People in the village (in restaurant, shop, bar) are much more friendly and ready to help.
I did not like limited hours for the pool and extra proce for it. It would be better of the price of the room is higher and the pool free
