This ground floor beach condo has been updated and features a lovely open-floor plan, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, as well as a sheltered lanai with views out to the lush tropical garden and is only steps from the largest heated pool on the island, reserved for guests only. The remodeled home with updated kitchen is complete with everything you might need to prepare a full meal or a quick snack to enjoy in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. The open living area has plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. The property benefits from fast WiFi throughout and a landline with free calls to the U.S and Canada for use during your stay. The oversized master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom features 2 full-size beds and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is located directly outside the guest room. This condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer and the outdoor closet offers chairs and umbrellas to enjoy at the beach. Everything you need to complete your ideal beach getaway, can be found at Lazy Days at Runaway Bay! Runaway Bay is a bay-front complex less than half a block from the beautiful beaches and with walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, offering you all of the conveniences you would want in an island stay. Runaway Bay is rich in amenities - tennis courts, heated pool, fitness center, shuffleboard, kayak launch , BBQ area, and fishing pier. A free trolley service with stops directly outside allows you to enjoy all the activities up and down the Island, so there is no need for a car. The property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying there. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Our high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay. With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following: Per Guest: 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Washcloth, 1 Pool/Beach Towel Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. It is a great condo in a PERFECT location but It would have been an added value to have normal cooking condiments such as salt,/pepper/sugar; would have brought my own if I’d have known. A small spice rack would be very helpful. It only needs to be the starter sizes as are the shampoos & dish & laundry supplies. Also the area rugs really do need to be cleaned.

Upon arrival the TV did not work. A maintenance person came out to replace the cable box. He was very nice. Come to find out we were suppose to have a tablet at the place to use but never got one. The beds were very hard. The master bedroom and bathroom rugs were dirty. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Nice washer and dryer.
