A warm and helpful reception- all staff were charming. Our room was a good size and excellent and although we had only a street view from our balcony, the communal terrace gave spectacular views across to the Caucasus mountains. Bathroom a good size with good quality toiletries. Kettle in the room plus tea & coffee, plus a refillable bottle to use the water cooler. Breakfast good with a number of hot dishes. We chose to eat in their restaurant in the evening. Menu on a QR code which we can use but it is not guest friendly as one is back and forth. Paper menu preferable! Not much in the way of vegetarian options. However, the food was of a good quality.

The most amazing place to stay in Telavi. Excellent location, 10 mins walking from Telavi market and major attractions. Spacious rooms that are well thought of and designed keeping customer needs in mind. What stands out the most is the people running the show. Maya & her team were most helpful, accommodating & forthcoming to ensure our stay was truly memorable & comfortable. The boy & the girl at the bar were super amazing and treated us to a shot of the special cinnamon infused Chacha and gave suggestions on what to try & avoid in the market. Simply amazing people. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - Absolutely value for money, perhaps more!
If i must find something & spell out, perhaps the TV in the room can have smart options so i can view my own YT/Netflix instead of seeing Russian channels juts for visuals ;)

I loved how absolutely fancy this hotel was. Really chill atmosphere, the pool was great. The rooms were luxurious, I have no words for the shower.
Everything was absolutely clean and spotless.
People here try and help you on a personal level which is nice!
The location is perfect; not too far from the centre but in a more quiet location.

Curtains didn't block external light
There were multiple sources of illumination in the room, most notably the AC unit, which displayed the air temperature when on and '--' in bright white when it was off! (We tried to turn it off and couldn't. In fairness, didn't ask staff for help)
Bathroom only had bright white lights
All in all, it was too expensive for the value provided compared to nearby alternatives
