The property itself is unpretentious and simply decorated. It felt traditional for the area and was very comfortable in a non-fussy way. It was also quiet, but within a couple of block of the much livelier old town.
The real standout, however, was the staff. Everyone I dealt with was warm and friendly and eager to make our stay a great one. These people understand and practice good hospitality!

Great location, great hosts. Nice, traditional Bosnian house and aesthetics. But most of all, great hosta and people working there. Everyone was open and friendly. They would prepare you handmade omelette and Bosnian coffee every morning. But most importantly, you can feel that their hospitality is genuine.
The room was a bit small and close to the entrance so it can get a bit noisy in the morning.

It’s not ideal for those expecting a luxurious or very extensive breakfast; however, for guests looking for a local, clean, quiet, and genuinely warm morning breakfast, it is quite satisfying.
The bathroom did not seem well maintained: there was a noticeable lack of detailed cleaning, especially in the tile grout, shower area, and around the sink. Both the room and the bathroom lacked the fresh feeling of having been newly cleaned. Although the towels were clean, the room was not serviced during the day despite placing the “please clean” sign. Despite the hotel’s warm and friendly atmosphere, it is clear that a more regular and thorough cleaning standard is needed for both the room and the bathroom.
