The Gregory House, circa 1908, is a historic single-family home gem centrally located in the Seville Historic District in Downtown Pensacola, Florida. Perfect for weddings, family, or couples' vacations, the home features high-end antiques, two gas fireplaces, and plenty of wonder and charm in an Old West Indies-inspired backdrop. The house can host up to 8 guests. There is private parking behind the home for up to 6 cars, and it is pet-friendly with screening & nominal $90 fee for their entire stay (we only accept dogs). Elegantly appointed, The Gregory House feels like you've stepped into a West Indies-inspired boutique retreat—warm tones, higher-end antiques, and meticulously restored old-world character grace the home. The owner has paid careful attention to the functionality, and sense of wonder in the home's refurbishing. Centrally located and highly walkable, there is spacious private parking to leave your car at home and explore on foot. With many historic churches, restaurants, pubs, and beautiful parks nearby, this home is perfect for wedding planning and romantic and family getaways. The home is nestled in a beautiful quiet, landmark historic downtown Pensacola neighborhood full of notable charm! Many of the neighbors have lived in the area for years, if not decades, and often you can see them spending their afternoons lounging on their porches drinking sweet tea or wine. We are a stone's throw from many restaurants, shops, churches, and attractions in our downtown core. It's a fantastic neighborhood to take in the gorgeous 100+ year homes and walk the dog. We are two blocks from Pensacola Bay.

We were in town for a High School graduation, to visit with nearby family, and to take in the sights and a few restaurants. The Gregory House was PERFECT for our needs. Having owned an older home, it was nice to experience the familiarity in this home. G****** was great to work with and the self-checkin and checkout process was very convenient.

This was our second stay at the Gregory House. Gloria, the host, is always available for advice or to answer any questions that arise. The home is nicely appointed, dog-friendly, comfortable, and within walking distance of the great restaurants, bars and shopping of historic downtown Pensacola. We have absolutely fallen in love with this area and are a bit sad to see our son move on from this Naval base. Pensacola Beach and great golf courses and tennis are just a short drive away.

Our family stayed here for our friends wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better location! We were able to walk to dinner, get coffee, the park, you name it. The property manager was great as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The listing isn’t accurate, it states there are two bathrooms but really there is just one toilet with a shower/bath in a separate room. The house was clean on the surface but the vents were full of dust, my whole family would wake up sneezing and stopped up each morning and would feel better within 30 minutes of leaving the house. The linens, sheets, etc are all very used and worn. The location is great and the house could be great with better care and some new furniture. I expected much more for the almost $400/night rate before fees.

Prefect location to great downtown restaurants and easy to jump over to the beach. Quiet neighborhood plenty of parking in back. Good kitchen with gas stove. Only drawback is there is only 1 full bath downstairs and beds are small. Manager was nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The upstairs loft was wonderful, very quiet and serene. The upstairs bathroom was tiny, but in a comic way. As a taller person, you will need to duck. The whole house was very clean and well decorated, and the location right next to downtown was perfect. This house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, which were all very nice. We were visiting for our wedding and this house worked perfectly for us and our wedding party.

The fourth bedroom is booked separate so the listing isn’t that accurate. The house is beautiful and within walking distance to much of downtown amenities. As we were checking out a leak sprung from upstairs into the kitchen and the manager came post haste to take a look. Luckily it didn’t bother us at all and they even offered extra stay for a couple hours. Overall the appliances, cookware, and bathrooms were all awesome and in good condition. The living room furniture leaves a little to be desired (thin cushions on wicker bases) but if you are trying to stay in the house why are you on vacation to begin with? There was also an odor outside the back door but it’s not much bother and you couldn’t smell it in the house. Probably something dead under the house. The host was extremely considerate and provided many recommendations for us to see downtown and this was an amazing stay for the weekend trip.

Great place to stay in Historic Pensacola!! This property has all the modern conveniences with plenty of room to gather socially or find your own quiet place. The location is perfectly close to all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough away the evening night life doesn't disturb an evening swing on the porch. It is worth noting if you aren't booking the second floor suite, there is only one toilet available for the first floor 3 bedrooms. I will most certainly be staying here again!

We stayed at Gregory House with our two dogs while visiting our son in Pensacola. From the moment we arrived, I had fallen hard for the home and its perfect location. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings when we weren't walking the dogs up to Bodacious on Palafox for a cappuccino. THE FRONT PORCH is the place to be in historic Pensacola. We made new friends there, humans and dogs, and enjoyed a beverage there in the evening, in addition to our morning coffee. The walkability to all the great restaurants, shops, museums, yoga classes, parks, waterfront, and the very short drive to Pensacola Beach make this home an absolute gem. All of this is on top of the lovely home that it is. The character, old world meets Key West charm and amenities are top notch. I hope Gregory House is available on our next trip to beautiful Pensacola! *Don't miss having a meal at Dharma Blue up on the corner!

Very nice older home in historic district of Pensacola. Location location location, you can walk anywhere. Pensacola is wide open and it should be. Host met us at the residence at check-in, even suggested a few places for us to check out, & could not have been nicer. Will be staying here again.
