Nestled in Kirkwood, this lovely condo for $431 per night is a great option for your next break. This "Meadow Stone Lodge Beauty" has luxury, location and warmth! The open living room makes for a wonderful gathering place for your family and friends. There are two living room sofa areas for guests to enjoy two separate spaces but still all be together, which are connected to a large dining space and balcony. Views of the ski slopes are just outside your door where you can relax and BBQ too. Fresh new construction also shows it best with granite counters, radiant baseboard heating, wood windows and a balcony facing the meadow and slopes. This home is three bedrooms and all have their own bath access. The over-sized open floor plan makes this condo perfect for large families coming together for a mountain escape. The primary suite boasts a Kohler jetted tub, plush king bedding, fireplace and a separate lounge and work area. There is plenty of room for the kids in the bunk room with 2 bunks (4 twins). The third bedroom has a queen bed for your comfort. There is a closet in the primary bedroom with a bunk bed which could sleep two kids. The door is off and open into the primary bedroom area. Even though Kirkwood is very sleepy in the summer, it still did not disappoint. This location is perfect for hiking, biking, wildflower viewing, and just relaxing. If you're headed up in the summer be sure to bring your own food as there are limited options for dining. But this rental has everything you would need to prepare meals at home. We can't wait to go back!

Very Spacious Unit
We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious unit. It is stalked full of amenities. Just about everything we needed. The only thing we didn't have enough of were towels. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but because the owners have a rule which states that you cannot wash their linen, we didn't have enough. Great property. We would rent this unit again.

We loved this property for our Kirkwood weekend - the location is amazing (right across the lifts and the meadow for dogs). The property itself was perfect for our group of 5 and had plenty of space for more. The check in process was extremely easy. We also loved that it was dog friendly so our furry family members were able to come along. Overall would recommend and we'd love to come back to this property.

Perfect place for Kirkwood stay!
We loved this property for our Kirkwood weekend - the location is amazing (right across the lifts and the meadow for dogs). The property itself was perfect for our group of 5 and had plenty of space for more. The check in process was extremely easy. Beautiful and spacious mountain retreat! A Kirkwood gem
We have been traveling to the surrounding Kirkwood area for many years and this was our first time staying in a VRBO. What a pleasant surprise! This property is beautifully decorated and appointed - extremely comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean, and in an amazing location. Hiking right out the front door and every amenity we needed for our stay. That we were able to bring our dog was also appreciated. We truly felt at home. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Kirkwood Village a great Mountain Get away place. But it's too far away from South Lake Tahoe. Almost 1 hour to get to Tahoe.
Kirkwood is a nice Village if you Don't plan to go outside the Village.
It gets Super Dark at night. No Streets Lights.

Very peaceful family break from the valley heat
The condo was wonderful! It covered all our needs related to our family get away from people, traffic and the heat. Plenty of room for the six of us and really enjoyed the Master bedroom with jacuzzi tub after long days of trail hiking. Looking forward to coming back.

This place was in the perfect location with mountain and meadow views. The hike my husband and I took from the condo was absolutely gorgeous with all the wildflowers in bloom. Being able to take our dog was so convenient. The only thing the house was missing was a sponge or wash cloth for the kitchen. Otherwise it’s was set up for an incredible memory making weekend. I hope I can rent this house in the winter it would be the perfect ski in ski out spot.
