Lea and the staff were wonderful. My friend and I are walking the pennine way and lea came to pick us up to save us the walk to and from windy Harbour.
Dinner was lovely, we had the beef lasagne.
There were plenty of quiet seating areas.
We both slept well and breakfast was good and hearty.
Would recommend this hotel especially if walking the pennine way.
Steep stairs on tired legs. Not realy a fault of the hotel.

It was in a very pretty location with reasonable views. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly.
The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't brush your hair infront of the mirror, or shave!
Unfortunately the food did not live up to our expectations, we were expecting fresh home cooked food with good ingredients and we didn't feel this was delivered (we feel that cheaper ingredients were used which was disappointing).
