Do not recommend.

At first, the villa seemed like the perfect place to stay, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. I did appreciate that they allowed us to check in an hour early.

First of all, upon our arrival at the villa, the support team came to fix the TV, which was not working. Although it worked after they left, a few hours later it stopped functioning again. Additionally, there was no electricity in the living room, as the power outlets were not working. We constantly had to check the electrical board to ensure the switches were on. Another major issue was the hot water supply. There were eight of us staying at the property, and there was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. After only three people had showered, the hot water ran out, and we had to wait before the rest of us could shower. The solution provided by the property was for us to shower one by one and wait, which was highly inconvenient. On the third day, there was no running water at all. It appeared that someone had turned it off. The support team came later that afternoon to resolve the issue. The most serious problem, however, was the presence of mice. On the first day, we saw mice in the kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the living room. We immediately contacted the property, and they informed us that a team had checked the villa but found no evidence. At the time, it did not occur to us to take photos, especially as it was late at night. Because of this, some of us had to sleep on the couch, as the bedrooms were affected. Eventually, we found a dead mouse inside one of the wardrobes and sent photographic evidence to the property. Their only response was to send a team to remove the mouse. This situation is completely unacceptable. The property should not be available for booking until this issue is fully resolved. It was also clear that the property was already aware of the problem, as we found rodent control products inside the wardrobes. Due to these conditions, we left the villa for the final two days of our stay and moved to another hotel.

Madeira holiday

The villa was really spacious, plenty of space for everyone so that we didnt feel like we were on top of each other with great facilities. A good location that with a car you were in easy access to main roads.

The check out at 10 was a bit early but that was all really.
