The staff were friendly and helpful. They readily gave us extra towels when we asked. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the restaurant was very good. It is great that the hotel has a lift. The hotel felt safe.
Car parking on site depended on availability so that was our constant concern, but we did get a spot each time, so it worked out well.

It was clean. The room was spacious. The location was ok. The staff were polite.
We had no hot water one morning, and no water at all for approx 4 hours due to repair work. There were people yelling during the night, and our friends had some guy knocking on their door at 4am requesting to use the toilet! The buffet breakfast was ok, but get in early unless you want dried up eggs. The location is ok, but wouldn’t advise walking alone after dark.
