Situated in Key West, this charming house for $1,128 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Casa Caribe! When you think of the Caribbean, you think of tranquil blue green waters and a fun vibe. That's the feel when you walk into Casa Caribe, both inside and out. This wonderful four bedroom, four bath home is perfect for couples traveling together or a quiet family getaway. This is a new property to our rental program and was previously called "Sea Biscuit Cottage". The Conch main house: Enter the home into the great room and kitchen. Cathedral, pine wood ceilings and high windows across the room bring lots of light into the room. Sliding glass doors open to the outdoor lounge and pool area. The living area has an aqua colored sofa with four comfy chairs to relax in and catch something on one of the five televisions on the property. You probably didn't come to Key West to cook while on vacation, but if you want to there is a perfectly appointed kitchen with wood tone cabinets and granite counters. Step down the hall and you will find two bedrooms and two baths, each with step-in shower. Both bedrooms feature Cuban tile floors that speak to the history of the home. The front main bedroom, has access to the original front porch that is perfect for people watching. Out back, you will find the covered outdoor sitting are with sectional sofa and the awning covered dining table to enjoy being outside all times of the year. A gas barbeque is provided for your grilling pleasure. The pool is heated during the cooler season for your enjoyment. The Cottage: Directly off the pool is the cottage and its first-floor guest suite. French doors open to the bedroom suite with king bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Stairs from just outside the gates provide access to the second floor bedroom suite. A king bed, separate sitting area with television and full bath provide the perfect getaway. Dine outside or lounge on the patio under the palm trees to enjoy this tropical getaway. The home is steps from the quieter, upper Duval neighborhood and the Southernmost Point. Easy walking distance to lower Duval Street, while still having wonderful restaurants and conveniences close by. The laundry area is located under the stairs on the outside of the cottage and accessible to the conch house and the cottage. Bedding: 3 kings, 1 queen Max occupancy (including children) is 8 There is one, smaller off-street parking space. We had a great stay in the house on Catherine Street in Key West. Close enough to walk almost everywhere, and had several places close by. The layout worked great for our party of 4 couples, with everyone having their own bathroom. There was adequate seating for everyone in the common area, and everything was well- maintained and stocked. It worked out well to be able just to hang out when the weather was not cooperating. Would definitely recommend

We had an awesome time. The place is less then half a block away from duval street and within walking distance to mallory square. It has free street parking as well as an off street driveway for one car. The place was clean and we loved the saline pool! We highly recommend this place!

Great location, nice outdoor “hangout” area. Perfect for 4 couples because each couple had their own bathroom. Only feedback I would give is add a memory foam to the beds (just a tad hard). Had a wonderful vacation!

We just returned from a week's stay and it was perfect! We were a group of four couple's and it was great that each couple had their own bed and bathroom. We spent most of our time on the patio and in the pool.
The check in/check out process was simple, the home was very clean and it was great that we had a driveway since one of the couples drove to the Keys.
I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back again!! Thank you for a wonderful week.

The property was all it was advertised to be. The rental company was responsive. We loved the outdoor space and it fit our group of 8 adults Only one comment that wasn’t as positive was the construction next door. They didn’t start too early but it was a bit noisy.

Everything was perfect. We had our teenagers with us and our 6 year old and this place was perfect for our family. Great location with the kids and for us to go out after the kids were settled in. Everything was close and easy to get to. The teenagers had their own space which was nice. The pool was warm and clean. We all loved it.

We were fortunate to spend Thanksgiving Week as a family. Casa Caribe was a perfect fit for six adults. We lounged and played games on the outdoor patio many nights after strolling back from dinners on Duvall. The location is perfect for Key West!

We have rented for many years all over the US East Coast. This is our 3rd time in Key West in the last 5 years (2 homes and 1 hotel) and this trip did not disappoint. The location even though right off Duval was quiet and a perfect setting. The two separate homes with plunge pool was a great set up. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the outdoor furniture reminiscing about the evening before and enjoy quiet time. There was some construction next door which the owner warned us about but it never bothered us as they only worked weekday and never too early or late. A quick walk up Duval and your right in the middle of everything. What a great time we had.

Casa Caribe truly lives up to their online presence. The outdoor living area is spectacular, we spent 90% of our time out there. Only one house off of Duval, you are in walking distance to several outstanding restaurants and fun bars. Communication with the host was excellent, highly recommended, we will be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The two cottages with four bedrooms and four baths gave us apple privacy. The beautiful kitchen that opens up outside living space, swimming pool, and grill was the perfect space for the family to spend together. It was also steps from Duval street for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It also had a driveway which was very handy as Keywest parking is tricky. With that being said I highly recommend this property and look forward to it being my go place on future stays.

Located in a fantastic central location. Four separate rooms with their own bathrooms is ideal for adult groups to have a little privacy. The house was clean. My only request would be to supply some higher quality pots and pans for the guests. We like to cook and were disappointed in the quality of cookware for this level of rental.

We had a relaxing family vacation at this beautiful and very well maintained home! Plenty of room for our group 6 (Grandma, parents & adult kids) to have space & for us to entertain 2 other couples (who were staying elsewhere) for drinks & dinner. Nice to have the inside and outside space to socialize, as well as your own pool! There were beach towels at the house for us to use. House was super clean and decorated beautifully. With a full kitchen it was easy to have some meals & cold drinks at home. The convenient washers and dryers are under the steps of the 2 story building, which made it easy to wash towels & rinse out our suits too. We found the beds and AC very comfortable. Entrance is on the side of the main house, with a locking gate attached from the front building to the 2 story side building. Outside steps led up to the one bedroom, which has a nice porch and a sturdy lock to get into the sitting area/bedroom/bath. You access the bottom bedroom of the 2 story building either through the gate or through the main house, out the sliders, onto the pool area and there is another lock coded door to access that bedroom/bath area, which also has a small fridge and a kitchenette area. The 2 front bedrooms of the house do get more street noise, as you are one property in from Duval Street. Easy to walk to many attractions (Southern most point, Butterfly Conservatory, Hemmingway's House) or restaurants. We kept our rental car for our 10 day stay, which made it great to have our own parking spot. If you do have a car there is a great parking garage next to Opal Key Resort, that puts you close to Mallory Square & Upper Duval Street!
When we arrived, I didn't read all the directions provided and had to call the management company to ask a question. They were lovely and answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call back.

Great Place!
We had a really good time!! It was a great location and the layout was awesome giving everyone their own personal space, while also all together. I wish there was better mirrors in the bathrooms/bedrooms. Most of them were placed high on walls / no full length. The kitchen and outdoor living space was the best part!!

The house was awesome! We had eight people staying and no issues with space. The pool area was fantastic! The only thing we had issues with was there was no hand soap in some bathrooms; therefore, we had to buy some. We had to ask for toilet paper. And when we were going to grill there was no propane, however, they brought some propane later that night. Great customer service, just lacking some much-needed essentials for our stay. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and would come again!

This place was incredible and met every expectation. The location was just off Duval Street yet had very little street noise. It's at the "quieter" end of Duval. The only thing I didn't like was the property management company wanted full names and ages of every single guest staying at the home. We were a family of 5 with younger kids and in this day and age we don't give out that information to anyone so they received "not quite correct" information on the kiddos. Even with that issue we would stay again.

Great location, great property, BYO toiletries
We had 8 people - 7 adults and 1 child (age 5). The property was very well located - close to everything but not impeded by late night noise or other disturbances. Rooms were comfortable, 3 of the 4 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and one bedroom shares the common area bathroom with a trip across the hall. The common areas are very nice, and most of our time was spent on the patio or out and about.
Overall it was an amazing place to stay, and we would stay again. Small things needed very minor adjustments -- no bathroom toiletries were provided, so we had to run out to buy shampoo and conditioner and body wash; there were coffee makers in one of the bedrooms (the upstairs away from the kitchen) but no mug or ability to clean the coffee maker (unless you use the bathroom sink, which I presume is inadvisable); one of the rooms felt a bit chilly and there were no extra blankets (another room had an extra blanket, so we reallocated it and then all was good).
The pool was very comfortable even when the air was a bit chillier.
Overall, the minor things are definitely outweighed by the property and the location, and next time we'll just know to bring at least a day or two's worth of instant coffee and bathroom toiletries.
