Nestled in Imperial Beach, this charming condo for $162 per night is a great choice for your next trip. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.*** Beach Club The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium. Your Unit #110 Unit #110 is a first floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct oceanfront view of the water. You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own private, sunny direct oceanfront patio, with a table and chairs to sit out on. There is bedding for 5 people, you may have up to 7 people max, but the bedding for the extra you would have to bring. The area Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Waking up to see sunrise and dolphins playing was a once in a lifetime experience. Beach was lovely.the property inside is beautifully clean and ready for action! I was very happy to be there with my family coming in to see me!! I loved it we painted and cooked. Thank you for a great experience. Thank you for the little touches...bogey boards, chairs , rolling cart such a kind gesture!!! 2 difficulties were homeless on beach and early checkout . All in all a ten rating will highly recommend to friends at cedar's hospital

Property was very dialed in for VRBO rentals. Great communication, excellent location and view, secure parking. We very much enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again for sure. Very nitpicky here, but having even the most basic of cooking supplies or spices would be helpful. Otherwise you'll be buying salt and pepper and then throwing it away at the end of your stay. Lovely spot though.

This is a beautiful condo located right on the beach. Beach access is only a few steps away, but a low wall and a gate prevent the general public from walking in front of the unit. The beds are comfortable and the parking garage is convenient. This first floor unit is great for someone like me with mild mobility issues. But, the stairs to the beach might be a problem for others with less mobility.

The property was amazing and it is right on the beach. It was beautiful but disappointing we couldn’t get in because of the Tijuana river contaminated with sewage, running into the ocean, right now where we were. Not the owners fault though. The washing machine didn’t work and we didn’t expect the owners to fix it right then but they did respond right away.

Location, location, location. Beach access, property upkeep and unit amenities are what will keep us coming back. Alex (housekeeping) is a gem, and Trisha (office) was there for us when we had an unexpected hiccup. We look forward to another visit very soon.....five days is never enough.

This condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and great beach access. Several beach chairs and boogie boards were provided. The pool and jacuzzi on the property were nice for those wanting to warm up or swim without getting sandy. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with towels and anything we needed to cook with in the kitchen.

The one thing I wanted in a vacation rental was wonderful beach views and oceanfront property. This place was it! Super easy access to the beach, beachfront and lovely accommodations. We went with our family and enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside and playing on the beach. Wonderful area and walkable to restaurants. The one thing to think about is the queen bed is very squeaky and not very comfortable. They did provide beach towels and beach gear with was great.

This is our second time staying at this properly and we also have it booked again next month. We absolutely LOVE it here. Perfect location right on the water and you can just look out your window all day and feel like you're on the beach. Only issues this time around was the main access gate to the beach was boarded up so you had to take the long way down thru the garage. Fingers crossed its fixed next visit since its a main reason we love the quick beach access. Comfy beds, good water pressure, very roomy living space. Tvs in all rooms which is amazing for everyone to be able to relax in bed and watch a movie at night. Location has so many eateries and fun things to do around we only used our car once. Great property!

Nice, clean, well organized place. The beach is very nice and the surrounding area is nice as well. Plenty of stores and things to see and do. Good location to go to all the San Diego attractions. We would rent it again. A few things need attention. They are, the master bed squeeks for some reason and the complex needs some attention to the exterior. Granted this is a place right on the ocean and salt water in the air is terrible for properties and in always need of upkeep. But all in all we very much enjoyed our stay, thanks!
