The property was clean, nice, comfortable, with all supplies you can imagine. It is near the railway station (if eg. you want to jump to Venice as we did), and not far from the historic center. The provided parking house (for no extra cost) is near and excellent.
Could not find grocery store nearby, but it was a very tiny issue.

Sehr gute Lage - jeweils ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche ist punkto Geschirr und Küchengeräte sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab zwar keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe wie im Mail angekündigt, der Check-in mittels Code/Schlüsselkästchen war dennoch problemlos.
Küchenblock, Esstisch und Schlafcouch befinden sich in einem Raum - es gibt also kein extra Wohnzimmer wie in der Beschreibung angeführt. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr hart und unbequem, Polster sind ebenfalls hart. In diesem Raum gibt es keinen Schrank, um Bekleidung oder andere persönliche Gegenstände zu verstauen - für Freundesgruppen also eher ungeeignet; die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare. Achtung Familien mit kleinen Kindern: die Türe zum Balkon in diesem Raum lässt sich nicht versperren und der Rollladen ist per Schalter zu bedienen -- also keine kindersichere Situation. Stauraum für Lebensmittel fehlt ebenfalls. Außerdem ist der Raum nachts aufgrund diverser Funktions- und Kontrollleuchten (Klimaanlage, Gegensprechanlage, Modem, TV, Herd, Mikrowelle) in einen hellen Schein getaucht. Empfindliche Personen brauchen eine Schlafmaske.

Ruim appartement, heel chique met oog voor details en van alles ruim voorzien. Hygiëne: uitstekend. Fijn om bij aankomst bij 34 graden een kan water in de frigo te vinden. Airco aanwezig, geluidsarm en goede verduistering. Muisstille omgeving, geen lawaai van anderen in nabije omgeving. Goed te doen om te voet naar het centrum te gaan of naar het station.
Naast het station moet je ruim interpreteren. Wat zoekwerk nodig: geen huisnummer, geen aanduiding op de bellen of je wel juist zat, uitleg over Keybox kan beter, misschien fotootje erbij want nu was dit een gesloten doos, kon van alles zijn en niet happig om daaraan te prutsen.
