Situated in Satellite Beach, this attractive condo for $247 per night is a great option for your next trip. Paradise Beach Club 444 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! This remarkable, direct Oceanfront, penthouse unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your private balcony and throughout the unit. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, oceanfront unit is a must see! Take in the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent views from your master bedroom. The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, large plasma TV and stunning views of the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations (not a sleeper sofa). There is also free wireless internet available. Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years. We recently stayed at the Paradise Beach Club. Where the unit we were in had the most amazing view. The property is right on the beach and you can go take a dip in just a few steps! I loved waking up every morning and enjoying coffee in the sun on the patio and watching the local surfers.
The check-in process was super easy and the unit was amazingly clean. It was great to have a full, well-equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. We managed to stay 10 days with just carry on luggage since we could do laundry. There is a grocery store right across the street, so it was so easy to get some supplies without having a car. We were able to cook full meals with the pots and pans available in the unit, and there was nothing missing.
We had perfect weather -- until we didn't. A hurricane hit towards the end of our stay and our flight was canceled going home. Luckily the unit was available for another few days and Zareh was incredibly accommodating to make sure we were safe and had a place to stay. Even though the entire area lost power for a day or so, the property management was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The office even had a little "leave-one take-one" book case, which came in handy on out extra days.
I highly recommend this property for anyone's next vacation.
Despite the bad weather, we had an amazing time and would stay at the Paradise Beach Club anytime in the future.

The condo is very nice, fantastic AC, and the view phenomenal.

Important: My wife was happy... because it was clean and spacious. Bonus: We were informed in advance that the water would be shut off for repairs so we could plan ahead. Extra Bonus: From the 4th floor balcony we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would give 5 stars if the beds were more comfortable in this unit. Love the property and location. Have come here since the 70s. Never disappoints!!

Excellent support team at the PBC. Was able to shift our reservation by one night with the last minute cancelation of our flight. Very helpful in dealing with a service issue during on the holiday. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem
This a great property on a very family beach that is close to everything. Big plus that this condo is also pet friendly. Design is uncluttered and functional with great appliances and TVs. WIFI worked great. Amazing views from the balcony. We were lucky enough to be there when there was a storm in the Atlantic so we got to watch surfers every morning and afternoon. There is a really nice break in front of the condo. Overall we had a great time and will book this condo gain for next year.

Property was clean & restful with a beautiful ocean view. Nice to have full laundry inside the unit as we travel for races and don’t like driving home with smelly clothes.
We didn’t bring our fur babies this time but nice to know it’s an option.
Management company was responsive & helpful during our stay.
Check in process was super easy. Though 3 pm check in and 10 am check out makes for a shorter stay. We of course were well aware of check in/out times prior to booking & understand covid & cleaning has impacted times at many properties.
