Godt og god beliggenhed

Morgenmaden ok - dog savnede jeg æg og bacon. Det virkede lidt som om, der er blevet "sparet" på buffeten.

Parkeringsmuligheder er noget rod. Ikke rigtig styr på om det kun var hotellets gæster, som holdt på de få parkeringspladser, der er stillet til rådighed for almindelige brændstofsbiler. M.h.t. bespisning på stedet virkede dette - for os - lidt kedeligt, savnede lidt flere valg muligheder , hvilket ville have gjort, at vi ville have besøgt restauranten om aftenen.

Fint

Morgenmaden var fin undtagen den sidste dag hvor der ikke var så mange gæster tilbage. Vi kom til kl. 8.45 og æggene var is kolde det samme var de små rundstykke.

Tænker ikke der en noget vi ikke kunne lide

Excellent breakfast, great location , nice friendly staff, lovely location near the harbour and lovely garden out the front with seating for fine weather.

Very poor curtains which are too short and let in light in summer. Room was a bit cramped .A double bed rather than two single placed together would have given more space, and two easy chairs rather than a big sofa. Room and bathroom could do with updating. Staff lovely but no knowledge on the bus system, times and routes. Were told we would need a taxi to airport which is expensive , but infact there is a perfectly good service from Svaneke via Nexo on a Sunday morning.

Lovely place to stay in Svaneke, Bornholm

The breakfast was outstanding with many high-quality options and a lovely dining room. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but a bit basic. The bathroom was very nicely updated. We had hot water whenever we wanted it. The gardens are absolutely lovely with abundant flowers and sitting areas. The location was perfect. It is right across from the harbor and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had a lovely time and would love to return.

Parking was a bit of an issue if you arrived late.

Excellent breakfast, in fact that was the highlight of our stay. The location is very good, close to the harbor, very nice outside area overlooking the harbor. The reception staff was friendly and professional

Staying in Svanneke is quite expensive, maybe not exactly value for money

Interesting to feel the history for short stay.

Excelent location and good atmosphere of havn hotel. Super restaurant nad excelent Staff.

No kettle in rooms, no fridge in one od rooms. Probably this time we have got the worst rooms in hotel, do it was our 4 aldo lasy time.

Exceptional

Everything. Wonderful staff, calm place, stunning view, wonderful garden, great breakfast, and the bed was very, very comfortable. Nice schampoo in the shower, felt luxurious.

A very pleasant stay with a nasty surprise at the end.

The location is charming, as are the rooms in the higher price category. The staff is young and enthusiastic, many from other countries. They are eager to helpful. Parking is easy - if you know what you are doing.

The otherwise helpful and competent receptionist forgot to tell us that in order to avail ourselves of the free hotel parking we had to register on an standing screen in the hotel lobbey. The hotel parking behind the building was clearly marked, and we parked there without incident for 3 nights early in the week. On the morning of Friday, we found a parking ticket on our windscreen, charging us a little more than $100. The reason given: failure to list the car as belonging to a hotel guest. The young receptionist, who had forgotten to tell us about this frequirement called up the parking agency and pleaded our case, but was unsuccessful. At that moment the hotel ought to have stepped in and offered to pay the fine, since it was due to a mistake on the part of their employee.

Amazing heritage hotel

the location of the hotel is amazing . it overlooks the Baltic Sea and provides great views The restaurant Njord is a gem; their service is outstanding and so is the food!

Best brakfast ever. Restaurant was really top service for dinner and wine selection was good for the food. Beds were good, and the refrigerator was nice to have for us.

Bathroom was quite outdated. last year we had a wonderful bathroom and had believed all rooms were like that. Last year we also had acces to green area behind the hotel, and the room was more quiet. This year there was loud music practice from the building across. Windows were nor easy to open for a short person.

Welcome in the restaurant

The location

Our first evening we wanted to sit outside for a glass of wine. After 45 min and no sight of anyone to order at, I approached the restaurant with the intention to order two glasses of wine for outside. Before I could at all explain what our wishes were, a man (apparently the head of the restaurant) confronted me with the exact words: “we are fully booked” in an aggitated voice. I got so surprised that I only could stutter that all we wanted was a glass of wine outside, and that we were hotel guests. The answer I got was: “We don’t serve outside” and he walked away. We went down to the harbour and got a great meal with wine and a smile :). Some evenings later we had booked a table and got a great service and a lot of friendly smiles from a young woman with long dark hair, forgot her name. Its was our wedding day 27/6.

Location is just perfect, smack in the middle of town. Great breakfast.

The place needs some tender loving care. The surroundings are very charming, the rooms are not.

Good location. Lovely garden with harbor view where you can enjoy drinks. Single room with garden view had its own space with table and chairs.
