Super beliggenhed og caféen i samme bygning er super med meget servicemindet personale.
Badeværelset kunne godt være lidt bedre.

A great place with a soul!
Located high on the rocky shore with a perfect view on a calm old center of Gudhjem, the harbour and the sea.
The building is old, but well-maintained and rooms are renovated in the modern scandinavian style.
It takes only a few minutes walking, to get from the hotel to the harbour, where you would find a lot of caffeteries and bars, or if you like - buy a ticket to the ship, which would take you to charming Christianso islands..
Gudhjem is also a very good spot for bike trips. You can visit for example Hammershus castle, Helligdomsklipperne (Sanctuary Rocks), Aarsdale Mølle (old windmill - still working), Osterlars church, Ekkodalen Valley and many more - everything within about 20 km...
I also could not forget about tasty breakfasts and really supportive personnel..
So to conclude - I highly recommend Klippen Hotel, especially for families with kids and for everyone, who wants to run away, even for a while from fast and busy life...

Det låg en stor fläck ( ca 0,5 kvm) fågelbajs utanför vår dörr. När vi påtalade detta för ägaren dagen efteråt, sa hon bara tack för informationen. Det gick inte att öppna något fönster utan man var då tvungen att öppna dörren för att få luft. Då kan vem som helst kliva in i rummet under natten...
