Nestled in Jamestown, this charming house for $318 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy some quiet time in this home located on the north end of Jamestown. Only 5 minutes’ walk will bring you to a beautiful local beach. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful stroll in the morning to catch the sunrise and in the evening for some beautiful sunset. The house consists of 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 full, 2 twins, and 1 bonus twin bed), 2 baths, and well stocked kitchen. With a spacious deck in the back, enjoy some meals outdoor, sit and relax in the backyard to read a book, listen to the birds chirping, or feel the breeze. This home boasts nature at its best! While it is tucked in a quiet street, it is only a 10 minutes’ drive from Newport and a 15-20 minutes’ drive from Narragansett. Seven nights minimum rental starting Mid-May to Mid-September. Note: Our house is categorized as Contemporary with the kitchen, dining area, bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms on the first floor. The spiral staircase leads to the living room/family room and master bedroom and master bath on the second floor.

This property is fabulous! The cottage is quaint and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was short and scenic---only about 5 minutes away. Great cottage I would recommend for anyone!

Family visit with our daughter who just started her college adventure. It was a very nice private place to stay. Accurate to its description. Comfortable and welcoming, really liked the upstairs family area for family games accessable by spiral staircase. Unfortunately it rained so we were unable to use the fire-pit Hammock and deck area but they looked like a lot of fun. We were able to take a walk to the beach and go to the local town, lighthouse and windmill, very scenic area! Good communication with owner.

We were there for my son’s marine training school graduation. It rained the entire time but we did use the fire pit once. There is a deer in the back yard that hangs around and watches you. The upstairs loft was a perfect place for a few displaced Marines to wait for a few hours not at the airport for their flights out. Very cozy place.

We stayed at 'Seashell Cove' to accommodate family visiting from out of town. The location is lovely, with a big deck and yard -- very private and quiet -- with an easy walk to the neighborhood beach. The deck was well-furnished and there was a nice fire-pit area. The house was well stocked and, with the deck and yard, there was plenty of space for us to enjoy our time together. Check-in and instructions on accessing the property were easy, and the host communicated well -- including responding to a couple of minor issues.

We enjoyed the house. It has an unconventional layout with the living room upstairs and only accessible with a spiral staircase, but the large outdoor deck with nice sitting and eating area made up for it - we were out there a lot. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the house was well-equipped and Huyen was great on communication.

Huyen was a pleasure to communicate with and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Seashell cove is in a quiet location that allows for short drives into Newport and Narragansett. Jamestown was also beautiful to explore with nice restaurants, coffee shops and playgrounds. I highly recommend this spot to anyone with families that are looking to be in a location that lets you be in the heart of Rhode Island

We loved staying at Huyen’s home. We had a small group of 5 adults + one child and this space was perfect for us. We loved relaxing and eating meals on the spacious deck, and sitting around a fire outside in the evenings. Huyen included so many thoughtful touches and conveniences in the home; we had everything we needed to prepare meals; coffee, toiletries, paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, games and so much more. Having stayed at many short term rentals, I will say that Huyen has absolutely gone above and beyond what is typically provided. The home is located at the end of a dead end street, with a sizable yard. The location is a short drive from Newport which was was great to be close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and the Cliff walk. We hope that we will be able to visit again next summer!

We were a group of 5 adults. The accommodations were perfect for us. The house had a great backyard and a large deck which was wonderful because we like to be outside. The location was perfect for exploring Rhode Island.

House was very private and quiet. Nice deck. Supplied many conveniences such as soap,towels sheets, snacks coffee. We traveled back and forth to Newport 13 miles away. Commute not bad. Home was clean and adorable. Newport was a lovely area. Host was very thoughtful and nice. Acommodated any requests we had. I would definately recommend.

We had a relaxing stay in this saltbox designed house. Bedrooms are nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linens, bath and beach towels (included). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, bowls, utencils, pots, etc. Couches are clean and comfortable. Living room area and a bedrom have nice largescreen televsions, games and books. Airconditioning is excellent and there are also ceiling fans on the upper floor. Deck is large and comfortably furnished with outdoor living room and dining furniture, fire pit hammock, and grill. All accomodations in good condition. Hosts generously leave some coffee/tea and travel size snacks to get your vacation started in case you've forgotten anything!
There are circular stairs to the upstairs which were fine for us but wont work for those with mobility issues.
Location was great. Small bay beach just 5 minute walk.

Seashell Cove has all the comforts of home in a spotlessly clean, quiet, lovely woodsy setting. In addition to being close to Jamestown and not far from Newport, the home offers many amenities on site, as well as a small beach within an easy walk. Our hosts were attentive and very approachable, the neighbors friendly, all making for a delightful visit and an anticipated return.

We loved spending the weekend here for a family wedding in Jamestown. It was the perfect place for our family and although we didn't get to use all the amenities, it was nice to have them.

This was a great fit for our family to have a relaxing Thanksgiving away from home. The location near the water was beautiful, and it was easy access to newport. The beds were comfortable, and the yard was great for kids running around! We'd go back

We really enjoyed our stay at this Jamestown home. The location is peaceful and quiet. The home is small but we found it to be great for 4 adults. Huyen was easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions. It was wonderful that things like soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided as well as a hair dryer. Would have loved for there to be some ziploc bags and foil, etc. as we did prepare some food while we were there. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again!

The house is located at the end of a lane, very secluded and quiet. It was perfect for the four of us. All beds were comfy and upstairs bathroom newly renovated. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed a fire every night we were there. Owners/property managers were easy to contact and responsive to any request. We will definitely stay here again. Ten minutes to Newport, 15 minutes to Wickford and an hour to Cape Cod.

Overall it is decent house w/ great outdoor deck. outdoor view is very relaxing. Excellent communication w/ owner, and very accommodating. House needs major updates/remodeling.. Spiral stairs was shaky. It is has everything we need with exception of paper tower rolls or napkins.

This was a great spot for a much needed quiet getaway. The hosts were easily accessible (if needed) and provided nice added touches like beach towels and chairs, soaps, and a goody basket. The hosts clearly take pride in their home!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. It was very peaceful. We woke up to two fawns laying in the yard. They hung around for a couple of hours until Mom came and got them. The home is adorable, very clean, and the owners were very responsive. We would absolutely stay at this property again. The house had all the basics that you would need, and the basket of snacks was a plus for the young adults with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was accommodating & very quick to respond. Huyen’s home is comfortable, very clean, & exactly what we were looking for. There is a Very nice bedroom suite upstairs w super comfy king size bed & nicely updated bathroom. Our family also appreciated the home’s easy to use central air as we stayed during a heatwave and the house stayed nice & cool. There’s a large deck & yard with trees, fire pit, w/ Adirondack chairs. Location is in a residential area that is peaceful & quiet. We passed pretty farms and scenery along the way to North Jamestown. We recommend this property & hope to return soon.

Had a wonderful stay. Home was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed including linens, toiletries and snacks, water, spices and condiments. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom and bath were excellent. Lovely living room as well.
Neighborhood was quiet with deer, rabbits, and other wildlife in the yard. Neighbor was very helpful with vacation tips and lent us a kayak! Large deck, fire pit, beach chairs were provided as well.
Huyen answered texts immediately and helped make our experience very enjoyable. Plan to stay again next year.

Great weekend getaway!
My family loved staying at this house! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we all loved having breakfast on the deck and spending an evening by the fire pit. The neighbors are close but so quiet that it was almost like being completely secluded. We really appreciated the carefully written instructions to walk to the local beach. We're so glad we made time to walk there, being from Arizona none of us had ever seen so many shells!

The spiral staircase was not well secured and a few of the stairs were not safely level as needed. There were lots of spiders, spider webs, piles of dirt and dead bugs in certain areas. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience is that when we reached out to the owners, they apologized but at first were defensive stating that they had cleaned everything on their own and therefore there couldn't have been an issue with cleanliness. It took sending the photos and reporting the issue to VRBO to get a refund. There were other issues with insects and repairs that were needed. I'm sure the owners want to keep renting the property and I hope that they maintain their property at a level necessary for the safety and health of their guests.

We stayed for four days in September. The place was spotless and very quiet and peaceful. It was well furnished and had everything we needed. It has a really nice spacious desk, from which my wife worked during the day. We really enjoyed the place and will definitely return the next time we come back to the area. It was a wonderful stay.

Myself and two teens stayed and really enjoyed the home and quiet location. Seeing deer outside several days and relaxing on the patio was a big plus. Thank you for providing the little conveniences that made all the difference, like big towels, ice packs in the freezer for travel, and kitchen staples. Checking in and communication was great!
