It was conveniently in the center of town walking distance from stores, coffee shops, shops, ATM, many eateries. The free breakfast was delicious and you get to pick from a menu that has variety.

The restaurant was exceptional, as were the staff: friendly, helpful and kind. Very centrally located in Francisco Zarco, which also meant it was very alive and noisy in the early evening.
Room a bit dark and Wi-Fi slow.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We spoke a little spanish which helped.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent.
The room was clean.
The room was really small and poorly equipped. The lighting was terrible, just one overhead fixture with one bulb out.
There were only 2 flimsy pillows provided, but we managed to get more.
No glasses, no bedside lights, no-coffee machine, no tissues, no toilet roll holder. Older towels and bedding.
We definitely feel ripped off as we payed nearly $3000 pesos and the the day we arrived it was advertised on Booking at less than half that price. We booked six months ago and expected to be treated better by Booking. I will hesitate to use the site again in future.
