Very very bad

Nothing to like.

Surrounding and room condition is very bad. Bd smell inside the room. All stuff's behaviour is very bad. I suggest everyone not to book this flat without prior inspection.

Everything is very smelly like some rat is died. I paid for 2 days but due to the same my wife just leave the property within 1 day.

The set up of the room was nice.

The bathroom was small and there was no mirror in the room. There was a constant odor coming in the apartment.

The property was good and all expected facilities were available.

The location is clumsy and is in a congested area. Traffic is the worst in that location. It'll take 30 mins to move 100m.. 😒

Great location.

Neighbour next door didn’t keep their outside area clean so had to look at their mess Everytime we stepped in & out on 4th floor. Uber rides found it challenging to find property. Property has 2 names (Osi apartments & Marina building which is confusing to find when you are getting there on the 1st day)

The caretaker was polite and always available. The location is nice

The elevator didn't work so had to use the stairs carrying our bags. The water heater wasn't working, no hot water available. It is slightly overpriced for that place. Not worth

The location and access to the property

Towels were not provided. Tried to call the company but no response. The bed were scary to sleep.the soda bed didn't open

Our stay was an unpleasant experience.

It is not a serviced apartment. There is no reception. A person who is employed by owners visits the place from 10 AM to 6 PM. He is available on call for any help that may be needed.

Apartment we stayed was very small. All areas were cramped.

Good value for money

Location, Ease of access, facilities and assistance. Comfortable bed, Everything was functional.

Linens were dirty. One bathroom can get difficult for a group.

Exceptional

The two caretakers named as the HAMID AND AWEZ are the best part of this property with such a helping nature and outstanding service provided by these two caretakers. Really loved to visit again because of these two guys.

Só initially when i moved to OSI Bandra i was a bit apprehensive as i was living by myself. The pros are that the flat has everything you could need to settle in to a house. If you need the flat to be cleaned the caretaker will come and do it. The society that the flat is in gives you privacy and I personally had no problems for the month and a half that i stayed there. Amenities: AC Netflix and A big ass Tv Gas stove Mixi Micro Fully Functional Kitchen with all Utensils Towels and Bedsheets Dining table washing machine fridge and a couch Also It is in the best location in Bandra on Hill road

Location, facilities and interiors are good. But, cleaning and maintenance needs improvement

1.Cleaning staff used bath towel for cleaning bathroom floor. 2. Bedsheets, duvets had holes and stains. 3. Sofa has holes and was not clean.
