Very convenient location and polite staff - improvement is required in other areas.

The location is very convenient The staff were very polite

- The view is marred by unclean 'jalis' & glass panes full of pigeon feathers & excreta. - Some of the outer glass panes are missing or damaged. - The breakfast area needs refurbishing - the decor, tables & upholstery need to be more cheerful. - The staff in the breakfast area are very polite, but they need training in not touching the bread etc with their hands. - For breakfast, margarine is served instead of butter - so one cannot enjoy having a continental breakfast.

Checked out after first night. Even the staff were not surprised. Hope there are no issues with my refund.

Location on the main road and extremely noisy. Room was dirty Bathroom fixtures were broken Ceiling was open exposing wires and fittings

Very nice staff but poorly cleaned and fatigue breakfast

Good location

Clean sheets and clean bathroom but the rest of it was very poorly cleaned. For instance, peoples forgotten things under the bed and a lot of dust everywhere. Mice or rats was crawling on the bottom of window outside and on ceiling.

Overall stay was good.

Inside the room was very good. The staff were good. The location is reasonably good.

Breakfast is very poor, only for locals, local means not Indians, so don’t go for the breakfast option when you book it. Late check out only allowed until 12, so don’t expect once you check in you can ask for a late checkout after 12, because when booking it says subject to availability, I even messaged before arrival and didn’t get any response, so I thought I can ask at check-in, so no late check out more than one hour.

Not worth the money

Location, Location, Location.

Room Cleanliness was a disaster. The toilets are disfunction. The showers do not have pressure. No hot water in one room so had to change the room.

Fine for spending a night in a good area with budget.

Location is the only thing I like the most. Staff was very good & supportive too.

Facilities, amenities. Geyser was not working. Mosquitoes in room.

Not hygienic as the the advertisement on booking.com . Stench of pan linen n room in bad state had to pay half the amount in advance bu had to check out the next day.would not recommended to anyone . Thanks hope i get the half refund back.

For the location sake, it’s a decent place

They need to improve over a lot things, breakfast was really awful, wifi can be a problem sometimes, lift was not working one day, housekeeping staff are little clueless

Not a good experience at all.

The person at the front desk told us that the booking was for a compact room where in nothing of that sort was mentioned on the booking.com site. He also offered us to cancel the booking. This sounded fishy. We didn’t have a choice to cancel as it was a work visit and we had an appointment . The room was obscenely tiny and it was highly uncomfortable.

Pathetic stay

Just that couple of housekeep staff were good

There were flies in the dining area and also in the room. Receptionist was very impolite. They were not ready to provide service of the room. Untidy room with stains of gutka on the wall. Phone in the room was not working. Locality of the hotel is unclean.

This Hotel has a lot of potential, room size was great, breakfast was okay but could improve on some variety for foreigners. Staff very friendly
