The location and amenities are perfect since guests can easily access their room and then walk out to 6th Street to get find coffee, dining options and shopping. The self check-in is very easy and efficient with back-up by on-site staff.
I stayed in Room 202, and there was a moldy smell. It wasn't overbearing, but it was apparent. The mattress has seen better days. The room rate was high for one night, but I made the reservation late and for only one night. I will more than likely look for more affordable options for my next visit to Austin. But, Austin is expensive, so it will be a challenge.

Home to home facilities, apartment consisted of kitchen, ironing facilities, TV etc. Secure hotel with staff available on ground floor at all times. Free tea and coffee facilities and gym on ground floor too.
To reach downtown need an uber or need to get bus. Actual street is very active with local shops, bars, food restaurants etc.

I love the location and I love east Austin. I really like how this hotel is like an apartment building so it feels more like an apartment rental than a hotel. I loved the 2 bedroom we had. very nice.
Elevator is a bit slow and theres only 1.

Close to everything, not too loud
Ac didn’t work and late check out was $50 for every hour past original checkout time.
