Nestled in Boulder, this lovely house for $110 per night is a great choice for your next break. Experience Boulder's coveted open space and mountain parks starting from one block to the west or stroll to Boulder's charming local cafes, restaurants, bookstores and the downtown Pearl strip, all within a 5-10 minute stroll from this private suite in coveted West Pearl location. The suite includes a wet bar, two bedrooms, a workspace, very high speed internet (600MB/s), and washer/dryer. This is the basement unit of a three story house. Recently renovated + spectacular location! The unit is directly below our house. The floors are thin, so please keep in mind that you may hear us upstairs during the day. We sleep early, so you won’t hear from us at nights. But we also wake up early. We try to be as quiet as we can, but you may hear us to some degree early in the morning. If you are a light and sensitive sleeper, please keep this in mind. Nevertheless, you can be as loud as you want, and that is not a problem for us at all, especially since we are on the 3rd floor at nights and won’t hear anything from the basement. Please note that this is a short-term rental. Min stay = 2 nights. Max stay = 29 nights.

Great location-able to walk down Pearl St. to great restaurants and shops. The downstairs apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The hosts were so welcoming and messaged us through the app very quickly. I highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend! Stayed here for 3 days while attending a conference at the university. Furnished with every convenience, comfortable and cozy. 15-20 minute walk to Pearl St Mall, other downtown attractions, & bus to university. Easy and secure personalized access code, and clear, prompt communication with owners.

Super nice hosts, very responsive to requests. Cute, comfortable place. Walkable to shops and just down the block from trails. FYI, if it super hot in town without a big cool off at night(as it was during our stay) the temperature stays between 73 and 75 in the basement without AC, we just kept the windows closed.

Communication was very good with Shideh. She texted when the property was ready so we got in early to unpack. There was a nice personal greeting from her as well with some goodies. The place is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. Thank you.

The location was great, close to the park by the river and to Pearl Street. Friendly hosts, had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place and would stay again. I love visiting Colorado and if your looking for the Boulder area to visit, this is the perfect little place. Thanks.

As East Coast parents visiting our CU Boulder student several times each year, we’ve been able to sample a wide range of Boulder lodging. We chose Shideh’s apartment for our graduation stay and were so happy we did. The apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and quiet. The location is amazing, so close to hiking trails, Pearl Street, and all the other good things that Boulder has to offer. Shideh was such a delightful host too! And, the best news is that our daughter has decided to live and work in Boulder, so hopefully we’ll get to stay with Shideh again soon.

Right near pearl street mall and plenty of trails. My partner and I explored the shops on pearl street and I went trail running. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a perfect place to stay when visiting Boulder. Right on Pearl St and super quick walk or bike ride to all the action, dining and shops on Pearl. We loved the convenience of everything and access to bike routes and hiking paths. Will be back!

We had a lovely time during our stay in Boulder! The property was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown, but equally as close to hiking trails and outdoor activities. In addition, Shideh was an excellent host and very accommodating! He went out of his way to provide recommendations of things to do in the area, and his communication with us was always quick and friendly. We felt comfortable and "at home" as soon as we arrived, and can't wait to come back and stay again in the future.
