This fresh and clean mountain cabin is only steps away from hiking and biking fun in the National Forest as well as being only a few blocks from charming “Big Bear Village” and one mile from Snow Summit. Surrounded by towering evergreen trees outside and simply decorated inside, this Big Bear cabin is perfect for a month long family retreat or a quick weekend getaway! Set on a quiet street, Evergreen Gables offers two spacious decks so you can enjoy a beverage and book or just relax and enjoy the wonderful mountain air as you soak in the hot tub. The large family room welcomes you with a spacious and comfortable sectional, game table, 50” flat screen t.v., cathedral ceilings and an easy-to-use gas fireplace for comfort and the hygge you’re searching for. The light and bright kitchen has an island w/ barstools, perfect for early mornings with your family, as well as a dining table and four chairs. The granite countertops and tile backsplash with fully stocked cupboards make this kitchen feel like home. Kitchen also includes a toaster, Keurig Coffee machine, and Electric Tea kettle for all the hot chocolate you can drink. The lovely Master Bedroom at Evergreen Gables features a King size bed, ensuite bath with dual sinks and granite counter tops, a comfortable couch for novel reading and relaxing and a handy wardrobe unit for hanging and organizing clothes. A sliding glass door leads out onto the back deck and lush Perigold wallpaper and Article furniture help to level up your stay. Simply and comfortably styled, Bedroom 2 has a brand new Novaform memory foam queen bed, spacious closet, gorgeous wallpaper, and a conveniently located bathroom across the hall. The Bunk Room is perfect for kids or teens with double bunk beds, a small craft table, and whimsical forest mural wallpaper. This Big Bear cabin welcomes friends and families alike with extra amenities including a retro Pac-Man video game as well as Foosball and Double Shot Basketball in the garage. Additionally, there is a grill on the back deck, Samsung washer and dryer, and internet throughout the house. Nearby: Evergreen Gables is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Snow Summit is only 6 minutes away and offers fantastic skiing in the winter and world class mountain biking, hiking, and exploring in the spring and summer. The lake is just down the hill and in only an 8 minute car ride, you can visit “Big Bear Snow Play” offering tubing, night glow tubing, a mini-race car speedway, a rope climbing course, and more. 2023-3029 City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy" Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Had the best time celebrating my birthday with the family at this home. It had all the amenities. Great and easy location to the slopes. The kids loved all the games and hot tub provided. Will definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed a nice weekend at this home- great layout for 2 families of 4. Room for 4 kids in one room without needing pullouts and privacy for adults. Plenty of activities to leave the electronics/ screens at home!

Excellent for families. All bedrooms on one floor, lots of games and activities for kids and a hot tub. Nice neighborhood near many activities. Kitchen amenities adequate but minimal. Would definitely return.

The town is charming. The house was really fun. This is the cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed at. The beds were really comfortable which was great. The kids bunk room was fun. There are also a lot of games that made the house hanging special. We had kids ranging from 2-16 and the kids and adults really enjoyed this house. The only thing I would suggest for future guests is to watch the weather. We visited when the highs were in the low 90’s and the house did get pretty warm with no a/c. If you’re going with similar high temps I would suggest bringing box fans to put in the windows to try to cool the house in the evenings.

This cabin has it all. Classic arcade game. Shuffleboard in the family room. 3 bedrooms, one with 4 bunk beds. Boardgames and books for the family. Great open floorplan. Clean. Would stay here anytime.

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that they were very cheap and tight with the amenities. We were only given one towel per person and literally only one washcloth I believe between four people. We’ve stayed in many rentals and they are usually decked out much more comfortably than this one.

I loved everything everything about this location! Beautiful house, very clean, and the kids really enjoyed all the activities. Only con was the wifi working on and off, but eventually it started working.

We loved this place. Everything was new and comfortable! Very spacious with lots of small details, including PAC-MAN arcade machine. This was the best place we stayed in Big Bear.
