Recently renovated 1B/1B unit in1800s Queen Anne style house in the center of Provincetown, with PRIVATE entrance and 2 FREE parking spots for guests. Totally Privacy between the living area and the bedroom! Easy 5-minute walk to ferries and one minute walk to the center of town with many restaurants, shops and spas. Great deli store across the street from the house for wonderful breakfast and more! Shuttle bus also across the street, will take you to the famous beaches. The unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold out queen size bed in the living area, for a maximum of 4 people. The unit has occupant-controlled air conditioning and heating. The kitchenette includes a full supply of kitchen utensil, with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and Keurig coffee machine. The property sits behind the town library on a quiet street. The living area overlooks a beautiful garden with flower beds and a gazebo. PETS are not allowed in the house.

While we had a bit of a schedule issue at first it was resolved quickly by Andre. We were only in town for 1 night but would come back anytime if available. Loved the location, the garden, and style of the home. Will def stay longer next time!

My fiancé and I had the best time at Andres’ place - it was super spacious and clean, and the location cannot be beat for exploring the town. Andres was also super responsive and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Andres’ property is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Extremely clean inside, all amenities provided. The outside is beautifully landscaped and perfectly set up for relaxation. Perfect location to begin your Provincetown adventure! Hop, skip, and a jump from Commercial Street. We loved this property for our 4-night stay in P-town. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Very walkable to all of the Commercial Street excitement, yet with free parking we were able to explore the National Seashore and its lovely beaches. Attractive grounds with a shady outdoor table where we ate breakfast and an evening glass of wine. Andres was helpful when we needed him to be, but stayed in the background allowing us our privacy.

My mom friends and I escaped the upper Cape for a one night getaway and stayed at Andres. We could not stop talking about how perfect it was! The space, the cleanliness, the outdoor space, flowers, location and the list goes on... The communication with him was friendly and efficient and he was so accommodating when it came to an early check in and allowing us to leave our car after check out so we could get in the last of our child free hours. We 100% recommend this property and are grateful to have found this hidden little gem. Thank you, Andres for making our quick getaway perfect!

Stayed here for three nights this past weekend. Everything was spotless, and you can't beat the location. So nice to be able to park the car when we arrived and not touch it until we left. Very short walk down the street to everything on the main drag. Host Andre was on site and very nice. Everything was beautiful from lovely house to flower gardens and deck. Even the parking area was beautifully lit at night. Would definately stay here again. Thank you Andre

This lovely apartment is located in a lovely old house conveniently located near the center of town….close to beach access, dining and shopping. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The yard is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay very much.

My husband and I loved this gem! The Sunroom was the perfect get away for Memorial Day Weekend. The 1Bedroom/ 1Bath with a full kitchen exceeded our needs and expectations. Andre, was an amazing host. We had access to entire outside garden, porch and sundeck. The location was superb and a stones throw to Commercial Street and Bradford Street. We would happily stay here again. Thank you Andre and Bill for an amazing weekend. Cheers!
