OVER 150 5* Reviews in past 5 years on similar platform — new to VRBO, not hosting, this season!! Newly renovated and sparkling clean 2BR/1BA! Can't be beat location with Commercial Street out front and beach access out back. Easy 5 minute walk from the ferry and top restaurants. Beautiful backyard private access to the beach for a quick dip or some kayaking! Both bedrooms have excellent views of Commercial Street for parade and people watching, and super comfortable Casper mattresses for a great night’s rest. This location can't be beat, welcome to the heart of PTown!
The space
Relax after a day at the beach or get ready for a night out in a coastal farmhouse meets mid-century modern accented 2BR/1BA. A convenient breakfast bar opens up the kitchen to the living space with a wrap around couch and a Smart TV (Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, Amazon, etc...) gives you and your friends a perfect jumping off point for your PTown adventure. Open the windows and take in the town, but when you need to relax our Pella windows keep the noise out. A smart lock makes coming and going a breeze and you never have to worry about locking yourself out.
Please note: As of July 1, 2019 the state of MA requires short-term rental tax of 14.45%, broken down as follows: State 5.7%, Local 8.7% VRBO will levy this tax and remit to the state on your behalf. Rental Permit #: BOH-20-2184

The rental was such a cute property above a little Mexican restaurant. It was very clean and easy to access. In the summer it would have been perfect because you could access the beach right from the property. It’s a very convenient location to be able to pop back in and use the restroom or freshen up. The beds were so comfortable, and at first I was going to say they would benefit from some curtains because the sun comes through the blinds but it was actually refreshing to wake-up with the sun. The only downfall which was not on the hosts at all was the Mexican restaurants grease trap I can only assume, the smell consumed the front balcony, so you have to walk out and smell it every-time. By the last day it smelt so bad I don’t think we could have done another day. I do believe that could be fixed by them cleaning it and since no other reviews mentioned it I truly do believe it was a rare occurrence. I highly recommend staying here with your friends and exploring the town. Sean & Simon were exceptional hosts.
