About this house rental
Nestled in Isle of Palms, this lovely house for $330 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This two bedroom/two bath home is located on the highly desirable Isle of Palms in Charleston, South Carolina. Isle of Palms is an island roughly 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and only a couple of minutes from Sullivans Island which is another award winning beach town. Isle of Palms is a fun, family friendly island which features restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, shops, beach bars, a grocery store, and amazing views! Unless you want to go to downtown Charleston and explore, there is no reason to leave the island. 400 Palm is the quintessential beach bungalow featuring a fenced in backyard, screened in porch, outside shower, and two full bathrooms. Have all of the essentials you're used to at home including a gas grill, cookware, silverware, dishwasher, washer + dryer, internet, as well as comfortable furniture and two large beds (king and a queen). Each bedroom has a Roku TV that can be used with any of the streaming apps you have, the TV in the living room has basic cable. No need to leave your furry family member at home as this house is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. We do have 4 beach chairs at this property available for your use. -Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. *The building out back is just a shed. Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs. Feel free to message me with any questions!

Home was clean and cozy. Close access to the beach. Slept four of us great! Kitchen was great as well. Sheets and bedding were a little rough but besides that we were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We traveled with our dog, and this house was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and comfortable, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and not too far from Charleston. We will absolutely stay again the next time we visit IOP. Thank you for a great week!

That’s our new name for this sweet, little quaint bungalow on the island. It was exactly what we were looking for. Pet friendly. So clean. Comfortable furniture. Beds are amazing. Perfect location. Walk to the beach (2 streets back). Public walk access on each block. Quick drive to many eats and shops. This is a must stay!! Don’t pass it up. Booking again NOW for our next stay.

This is our second time staying at this property. Again we loved every second. Great location! Super clean! And best of all we were able to bring our dogs. It was nice not having to leave them at home. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for a great stay!

This home has a cottage feel. The fenced yard and screened porch is delightful. Just the right size for a small family. Isle of Palms has all you need for a visit to the ocean with your best friend

Our first time in the Isle of Palms area and we will certainly return. I cannot give a 5 star rating because of some items that can’t be ignored. Empty soap container in kitchen, cheese on the butcher block in the kitchen, dishes in the dishwasher and we pulled a pitcher out of the cabinet with sand all over it. I asked my husband what he thought and he was disappointed with the yard. Overgrown and hadn’t been mowed. The water-hose looked like it had just been used, unrolled on the ground.
We bought soap, coat hangers and emptied the dish washer after we used it. Tried to leave better than we found it.
Overall, communication with owners was spot on and we enjoyed the stay and the house. Did not merit a 5 star review though.

My husband and I stayed at this Palm Blvd house with our two German shepherds and we had an absolutely fantastic stay! It is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and about a mile to the town of IOP. The fenced yard is perfect for pups, the two bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need for cooking meals at home! The bathrooms could use some updates as they did feel a bit dingy and even a little unclean due to some visible wear and tear, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

This is a nice house in a great location. It is located in a very accessible spot with plenty of parking. Restaurants and businesses are close, as is the beach. Robert was accessible via cell phone and was really nice and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely book here again.

400 palm is really clean and very close to the beach and grocery store and nice restaurants. We took both our dogs and liked the fenced-in back yard so we didn't have to worry when letting them outside to do their business.we highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay at Isle of Palms.

Our first stay a couple years ago was great. This was our second time back. Great proximity to beach. However, yard unkept. Grass high, mushrooms front & back (unsafe for dogs so I pulled out the mushrooms in the back myself), poison ivy in many places. Overgrown, unkept trees growing into & out of the yard. Lots of dog poop left from previous renters. Asked property mgmt about having yard mowed & poop picked up. I have, in writing, that someone would pick up the poop. Lawn mower came on our third day & mowed over the poop - it was all still there - all over. I had to pick it all up if I didn't want anyone stepping in it & bringing it into the house. So I picked up after previous renters' dog(s) & let property management know - no apology received for my having to do it myself nor a thank you for doing it. Didn't contact property mgmt again due to the same. Screened in areas by side & back doors not secure for dogs. Had to block those areas. Patio dirty. Sticky stuff on floor between couch & coffee table - and again where tiles meet in hall and living room, so I bought a mop & mopped all the floors our first day there. Window in bathroom needs caulking or replaced. Bugs are getting in around it & more - wasn't closed all the way my first day, so I think I closed it, but bugs still coming in on sides of window & more as we showered. Appeared as though previous renters had same issue as there were dead/smashed bugs by window. Master bedroom TV remote missing.

My best friend, my sister (who lives in Charleston), and my 85 pound lab/pyranees princess very much enjoyed our stay!! Great kitchen. Comfy hangout spaces, indoor and out. I loved the tiled entry room that served as a landing spot for all the dog things. Walked to the beach every morning, only about three blocks, very convenient 'public access' with parking on 5th avenue (considered a golf cart but realized it was unnecessary!) Centrally located to all the great restaurants on both IOP and Sullivan's Island This was good, since we faced a rainy spring week. We loved exploring the area and we ate well. Sidenote...easy drive to the Kenny Chesney concert which brought us there!! Highly recommend.

My adult daughter, her husband, their dogs and I stayed five nights at this cute, clean property. It has one queen bed and one king bed, plenty of closet and drawer space, two bathrooms with showers and/or tub, a wonderful screened in porch in the rear and a fully fenced back yard. Driveway is wide and long. The property is in a residential area and Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance that begins at 10pm, so if you are looking for a place to party, this isn't it, but if you want a good night's sleep, this is the one for you. It's about three blocks to the beach. There are numerous seafood restaurants (and others) in the area...we even walked to one to burn some calories. It's just a 20 minute drive into Charleston. The host was easy to contact. We were able to add an additional night with a quick inquiry and received a rapid response. The amenities listed in the property posting are there. You may want to bring extra TP or tissues if you have a lengthy stay. The host has provided an information sheet that tells you what is expected upon checkout, which is at 10am. We really enjoyed our stay and if we vacation in the area again, we would surely like to stay at this property.

This was a great location for a quick weekend getaway after a weeklong meeting in Charleston. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for us and we loved the screened porch. Super location for IOP shopping or heading into the city. Host has great communication too. Enjoyed our time!

This rental was a very short walk to beach, 3 blocks. Inside was very clean, surprisingly for a pet rental. We had our dog; she loved the freedom of the small fenced in backyard. Would have given 5 stars on cleanliness, but could have used some outdoor curb appeal-lawn needed mowing/ manicuring, and grill/porch could have been cleaner. We had an indoor issue and the property owner responded quickly and problem resolved same day.

What nice hidden gem in Isle of Palms as this was our first stay on the island. This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway and we even got to bring our dog. Fantastic location. Walk to the beach, fenced in yard for the dog, convenient to Sullivan island, mount pleasant and downtown Charleston (20 minute drive). Amazing restaurants within just a few minutes both on the isalnd and nearby area. Great property.

My husband and I visit this area often. We spent a few days at this location and really enjoyed our stay. Very close to restaurants and a great local coffee shop. Not too far from downtown Charleston either. We brought our 2 goldendoodles and they had a wonderful time as well!

This cottage house was just right for our needs! My husband and I spend a week on IOP every Christmas to visit family and celebrate my husband’s birthday with walks on the beach. We always look for houses that welcome our fur family as well. The fenced in back yard was great. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook most of our meals. All was super, I will rebook for next year!

We love IOP and we were happy to come across this listing. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. We love traveling with our dogs and this was a great property to have pets. It is along a fairly busy road but the fenced yard and screened in porch kept the dogs safe. We would stay at this property again.
