Summary:
This two bedroom/two bath home is located on the highly desirable Isle of Palms in Charleston, South Carolina. Isle of Palms is an island roughly 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and only a couple of minutes from Sullivans Island which is another award winning beach town. Isle of Palms is a fun, family friendly island which features restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, shops, beach bars, a grocery store, and amazing views! Unless you want to go to downtown Charleston and explore, there is no reason to leave the island.
The Space:
400 Palm is the quintessential beach bungalow featuring a fenced in backyard, screened in porch, outside shower, and two full bathrooms. Have all of the essentials you're used to at home including a gas grill, cookware, silverware, dishwasher, washer + dryer, internet, as well as comfortable furniture and two large beds (king and a queen). Each bedroom has a Roku TV that can be used with any of the streaming apps you have, the TV in the living room has basic cable.
No need to leave your furry family member at home as this house is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard.
We do have 4 beach chairs at this property available for your use.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
*The building out back is just a shed.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

We loved our stay this past week. The dogs loved it was nice to be able to let the dogs out to play & not worry about their safety!! We would stay again for sure. Wished there were more options as far as cookware & would like to see the back yard maintained a little better. Our blonde lab Maggie loved it we called it the jungle. She had a ball running around out there. Otherwise we loved it!!!

I just wanna say that this was one of the best places that we have stayed at. very close to the beach. house was very clean , kitchen looked brand new nice appliances, 2 very nice bathrooms, which were nice to have. The host was very accommodating right from the beginning. We were only there a short time. But our stay was wonderful. The weather also turned out to be nice. Would highly recommend.

This is a 60s era small home that has been nicely cleaned up and updated. Nice yard for a pet and even a pet door. We only used the king bedroom and the bed was great. TVs are small and both work with our APPS. The house is located on the main highway with very heavy traffic all day. Nights are quieter. The only beach you are close to is actually a nice area on sand located at a very dangerous inle and you cannot swim or be in the water. There is a nice public beach that you need to drive to and a large parking area. Because weather was bad and the actual location was not what we expected we only stayed 2 days. We would not recommend the house and location for children but is nice for just a couple needing a base who can travel around the island. Traffic into Charleston is terrible except for early morning and late, after 9pm.
