Nestled in Ninth Ward, this charming house for $315 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This house is a 4 person minimum The luxurious epitome of old school New Orleans with the joys of BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. In the By-water close to EVERYTHING. Just a $5 Uber everywhere you need to go. Great restaurants we love that are in the bywater ❤️- pizza delicious, bacchanals wine and the country club. Great spots! Our favorite for breakfast is satsuma cafe, st. Roch market, ruby slipper, clover grill. Harrahs 5.6 miles Smoothie king center- 3.6 miles Mercedes Benz super dome- 3.7 miles the French quarter- 2.7 miles bourbon street- 2.4 miles Jackson square- 2.7 miles Frenchman street- 1.9 miles 19RSTR-26918

The home is absolutely gorgeous and very large, so it’s perfect for big groups. However the host was not the best at communicating. A group had checked out before we arrived and the trash cans were overflowing and smelled terrible. We asked what could be done about the trash and where we should put our trash and we were told just to stack it on top. This didn’t help with the smell. Additionally, the toilet in the front bathroom did not refill with water by itself after being flushed and the light in the bathroom flashed like a strobe light. Also the neighborhood the home is in wasn’t great and we experienced some cat calling issues with the neighbors. Ubers also warned us about the area and recent issues that had come up. Overall we had a great trip and the home was great space-wise and distance from all of the touristy things. Just some other issues that cause me to not give this home a perfect rating.

Property is beautiful was clean but every Uber driver was concerned that we was in that neighborhood. The property manager was easy to contact, but we didn't like the fact that we paid a hefty cleaning fee and was asked to take covers off beds, take trash to the road and leave house like we found it. Still wondering about that cleaning fee.

We arrive at the property no clean face towels that we had to purchase and prop mgmt sent over late at night. Vent from ceiling is open. The prop mgr will never call you and text only. 3 air mattress holes in them. She had to have one delivered. We had to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap for all bathrooms. She should prepare you for what you need to supply. Dirty comforters in the closet, stained roll out beds. This wasn’t a welcoming place and the owner acted like it’s our fault. It is in a run down area which you hear gunshots at night. The owner says to me if you aren’t satisfied leave and go somewhere else and jo refund. Really!!! She wasn’t prepared for us and don’t think she lives in town cuz she had someone deliver 1 twin air mattress and face towels. Back yard wasn’t mowed so couldn’t enjoy using that part. Window open in the back good thing we checked before going to sleep. This is for sale right now so owner doesn’t care. Then she tells me well leave me a bad review if you don’t like it. Don’t Don’t Don’t spend your money on this dump. It’s in a low poverty neighborhood and the owner will never call you. She will get some stuff corrected but won’t be ready when you arrive. She does respond to text messages quickly. Beware Beware Beware!!!

A great stay!
Overall great experience! Beautiful location that was perfect for our bachlorette party. We had a few small issues with checking in on time initially, but it was all cleared up with communication with Taryn, who was great! The neighbors were also great and so sweet. I definitely recommend this property!

The owner takes awhile to respond to messages. Also the oven started smoking when we turned it on so we didn’t use it. The neighborhood was alright but the neighbors sit on their porch all day so it was uncomfortable being on the front porch. The grass wasn’t cut in the back so you couldn’t use the backyard.

The directions from the owner said do not touch the tankless hot water heater, so we didn't. Next, the back yard had not been tended to. The grass was well over our ankles so we could not sit out and enjoy it. Another issue we encountered was the refridgerator light was out and the temperature was not cold enough. We enjoyed our visit to the city, but this house, although beautiful, has many items that need attention.

Will be back!!
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful decorated home. Plenty of extra linen, trundle beds, roll-away beds. Very clean and huge ceilings/doorways make you feel like you’re in a two story home. My favorite was the off street parking for privacy loading and unloading van. My kids enjoyed running up and down the long hallways. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Beautiful, relaxing home!
We had to make a last minute change to plans and book on zero notice. The owner was incredibly accommodating and the home did not disappoint! Well represented in photos. The tall ceilings and thoughtful decor were a plus. Very well stocked kitchen and the perfect chill spot for our family to relax and getaway. We enjoyed wine on the front porch chatting up the neighbors feeling like part of the neighborhood!
