We were looking for a place to relax and celebrate. Ozona offerred many adventures. Eric was a great host. All needs were met and check-in was simple. Communication was easy. The apartment was nice. Very clean and supplied. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Its worth the stay and easy to get to places like Honeymoon Island and Clearwater.

The apt. Is clean and efficiently laid out. I loved the neighborhood. The sunset spot at the end of the road was lovely and friendly. The biking was great we biked to Honeymoon island and Tarpon Springs easily from here . The backyard was peaceful. The brewery and restaurant nearby was just enough, so it wasn’t too busy or noisy. The kitchen, bath and furniture were clean and comfortable. The fire pit and seating is a definite plus. As a lifetime Floridian I can’t say enough nice things about this rental and the quaint town of Ozona. We were visiting family in St. Pete. On average 35-45 min drive depending on rush hour or not.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a good location and walking distance to many places. It was great to end our day with a great dinner and sunset view. We would definitely like to visit again.

Property was nice, was a quaint local neighborhood feel with restaurants and bars that had that vibe. If your a little older and want to fit in, this is the place. Communication with the owner was prompt and responsive. Would definitely recommend for a 50+ crowd for a relaxing and chill environment. Also, it’s steps away from a beautiful sunset over the water with a pretty cool makeshift pirate ship.

This is a charming 1 bedroom cottage close to the marina. A few places to eat, along with a brewery, about 1/2 mile or so away. Eric has done a nice job remodeling the kitchen and bath and bed is comfortable. My husband had no problems with the tv. I also want to say that Eric is a great host and quick to respond if you have questions. We would recommend staying at the cottage if you’re in the area.

Nice location, close to Honeymoon Island state park beaches. Quiet neighborhood, with restaurants within walking distance.

First, this apartment is very clean! It is newly updated (except maybe the couch) and is in a great neighborhood. We loved being so close to the gulf, restaurants in the village, and the bike trail. We rented kayaks from Kostal Paddle that were launched from Pop Stansall Park a mile away and had a great paddle around the gulf and the streams along shore. The fire pit in the back yard has rocking Adirondack chairs that are super comfortable. We loved staying here.

The unit was very convenient to Ozona and Pinellas bike trail which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Clean with nice amenities. Host was very responsive. The neighborhood is awesome.

We found the property to be just as advertised and more. It was a very cozy 1 bedroom with a complete kitchen, all appliances, coffee maker, utensils and even spices in the cabinet. In the bathroom there was a nice selection of bath gel, shampoo and conditioners to use. Squirt bottled hand soap at both sinks, so no need for wasteful tiny soap bars or small individual containers. Lovely firepit in the back yard for your use and a private rear porch that was just right for morning coffee. Private rear entrance was nice and all the neighbors were very friendly and willing to stop and talk as they walked by. Bring your bicycles as the lovely Pinellas Trail is just a few blocks away. Short trip to Dunedin to the south or much more shady trip to downtown Palm Harbor to the north. Both towns have several lovely restaurants and microbreweries, Dunedin the more upscale of the two. There are a couple of really nice parks within 4 miles to the north. Wall Springs Park has a couple of especially nice paved bike paths within its boundaries, a historic healing wateers spring and an observation tower. The town of Ozona is an old Florida fishing village and the local Pizza spot has incredible thin crust pizza. There are several other nice places within a block or two like Ozona Blue Grilling which is a very nice waterfront restaurant with good food & great drinks.

This is 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property. Everything is as pictured, and definitely no surprises. The location is great for walking, or driving to some excellent restaurant’s as well. We’ll definitely be back again!

I read a few reviews of people who complained about people parking in the wrong spot or noise from upstairs. We did hear a little noise from upstairs and one of the renters parked in a way that took up 2 spots for a few days but we didn't let that bother us.

We enjoyed our time in warm, quaint Dunedin while we stayed here. It was just my fiancé and I on a leisurely getaway from the cold, so this place was perfect. It was nice having laundry on site!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in Eric’s apartment . It was clean and well maintained . We loved being in the little village of Ozona with its several restaurants ( particularly Molly Goodheads) , and the apartment is only a block from the water . The Pinellas Trail is not far away if you enjoy biking or walking . We highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect for us. Cute town, great walking neighborhood. 4 houses from the gulf. Beautiful sunsets. The property itself was clean, decorated nicely, bed was comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for our 5 week stay. Eric was attentive to our needs, and Jackie, his house keeper, was excellent! I will look forward to seeing her again next year! She's thorough and friendly. She helped to enhance our stay! Loved our vacation!

Could move in. We were there for 19 days and loved every minute. We felt right at home.

Cool, funky neighborhood close to bike path away from traffic. Very nice small 1 bdrm. Good TV but no sports channels. Nice back yard with firepit.

This was a great little place that felt like home.of it has a washer and s eyes I would have moved in! Clean and close to the water . Safe neighborhood off the beaten path. Great little neighborhood restaurants for lunch ams dinner we’re within walking distance, as well as the ocean (no beach).
