Due to a specific employee named Hamdi, he made me not even book a massage. First he kept forcing me and my daughter to book a specific massage ( that was expensive) he didnt even give me a chance to book. We told him that we wanted a foot massage and he got annoyed. This is not a market to bargain prices at the end of the day i am the client that wants to book something specific. Second, when he asked me where i was from because i told him the massage that he mentioned would be cheaper in my country i told him i was from kuwait and he said “ your country is not professional like ours”. This is not a way to speak. Third, we are muslim ladies, he is not supposed to keep sticking close to us! This is extremely rude i am wearing my hijab. Okay he examined my daughters back as he said her was a “ chiropractor “. I hope that you take my comment into consideration.

Super breakfast, lunch, dinner! It was our 2nd time at an all inclusive and the over night dinner service was a godsend as we only arrived in the early hours due to a delayed flight.

dinner service could finish a bit later, and lunch service too. other than that it was very good!

Mis sold information on the extent of the ultra all inclusive. Lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel with the hotel not providing booking.com with all the necessary information.
