Our stay at Akra Fethiye The Residence TUI Blue Sensatori was nothing short of exceptional. This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and we will definitely be coming back. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The all-inclusive food was far beyond our expectations—there was an excellent variety, everything was fresh and delicious, and every meal was a pleasure. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of care they provide. During our stay, my wife became ill. The hotel immediately arranged for the hotel doctor, organized transportation to the hospital, and provided us with all the necessary information, making a stressful situation incredibly easy to manage. When we returned later that evening, the receptionist was waiting to check on my wife and make sure she was doing well. Since we had missed dinner while at the hospital, the hotel kindly prepared and delivered a complimentary meal to our room. That level of compassion and hospitality is something we will never forget. The facilities are equally impressive. The hotel has beautiful, spacious swimming pools with plenty of sunbed areas, so it never feels overcrowded. One feature we especially loved was the barcode system at each sunbed, which lets you order drinks directly to your location while relaxing by the pool or swimming. The drinks are included as part of the all-inclusive package, making the experience even more enjoyable and convenient. Akra has truly mastered the meaning of hospitality. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and genuinely caring all-inclusive resort, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
