LOVED our suite!
The swimming pool. That area had an unpleasant smell and water VERY cold. We still enjoyed ourselves, but morr attention to the smell would make it over the top. (Not sure if the chemical used in pool was a part of that.)

I had two problems with hotel I accidentally booked wrong date 8/5 it should been 8/7 Friday I asked for refund or credit for correct date . So I paid double nights . Secondly I experienced in room 205 air conditioner did not work . Two hours later after making complaints my room was changed 203 .. I was ok with that . Seems like for my trouble I should been reimbursed or reduced payment for lost of hotel comfort and accidentally booking. That would be appreciated
