Convenient and a short ride to the Airport and Marta station
Convenient location, friendly staff, clean, and relatively speaking a good breakfast that is much improved then the other chain hotels

Clark! He's undoubtedly the best person in the kitchen and the hotel's service staff. His attitude is unique! Genuine, he deserves the highest recognition in the world. The hotel is immaculate and incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast is very varied.
The reception staff and the cleaning lady's service severely detracted from the otherwise excellent hotel experience. Their service was terrible.

I had two problems with hotel I accidentally booked wrong date 8/5 it should been 8/7 Friday I asked for refund or credit for correct date . So I paid double nights . Secondly I experienced in room 205 air conditioner did not work . Two hours later after making complaints my room was changed 203 .. I was ok with that . Seems like for my trouble I should been reimbursed or reduced payment for lost of hotel comfort and accidentally booking. That would be appreciated
