The location was my choice due to the airport but decided not to use the free shuttle. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and seemed clean. Very nice outside seating areas and breakfast looked inviting but was too expensive
Lack of customer service ... zero smiles and bothered when asked additional questions. Employees seemed robotic and unpleasant. The male was on his phone ear piece the entire time. The same unhappy lady was there the evening and next morning, maybe over worked. Pool and hot tub both needed attention, looked like used bath water.

The hospitality was wonderful everybody was kind to me and my husband as we celebrated our two year wedding anniversary in GA with y'all I couldn't have asked for a better time everything was clean everything was nice I loved it.. the breakfast was wonderful as well and y'all made sure that we had fresh towels
What was it not to like everything was great I loved it and will definitely love to stay with y'all again
