Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this charming house for $397 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Powder Day Rendezvous is a Cascades at EagleRidge townhome, with an easy walk to the ski mountain and plenty of recent, thoughtful upgrades. This home is perfect for large families and groups getting together in Steamboat Springs to enjoy the mountain paradise. The home can sleep 10 comfortably in five bedrooms and three and a half baths, 12 using the pull out bed in the lower level living room. With a large, 8 person private hot tub on the deck, a looping shuttle to take you to the resort during ski season and proximity to the free city bus, Powder Day Rendezvous is the vacation home you've been looking for to spend time in Steamboat Springs! For those summer visits, you can rest assured you will stay cool with AC throughout the whole home. Upgraded high speed internet and a two player cocktail table arcade game with hundreds of games are just a few more highlights of the property, time to brush up on those Pac Man skills! The large, open floor plan easily accommodates your group; a fantastic living room with a big screen TV and Xfinity cable, a large dining room and a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools. Cooking meals for your family and friends in easy in our spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a large dining table that seats up to 12 people, plus the breakfast bar. The main living level also features a primary bedroom with a king size sleep number bed, a door to the hot tub deck and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for two and a separate walk in shower for two! You will also find the door to the deck on the main floor to your private, 8 person hot tub where you can enjoy the mountain views while soaking in the tub. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with twin beds, plus a full bathroom. The lower level has the second living area with a desk, plus two bedrooms, each with two twin beds and another full bath. The full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry room on the lower level, where you will also find the tankless water heater that provides unlimited hot water for showers. A 2 car garage will keep your vehicles out of the snow and rain while here in Steamboat Springs. Come book your next Steamboat vacation at Powder Day Rendezvous! Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited. Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited. Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours we charge a $50 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations). We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions. Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total will include all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $3000 and a cleaning fee. We had six adults in our group. The property was exactly as advertised and the communication from the property manager was excellent. Walking distance to the gondola. Highly recommend this home and aihks stay here again.

We were a group of eight and the property layout and location was great for us. The ski shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at the end of the driveway! So easy. The house itself was also perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us to stretch out and having two den (TV room) layouts was perfect for a large group. The main floor kitchen/great room was a hit for board games, dinners and movies. The surprise bonus was the miss pac-man game table in the downstairs den! We all loved the home and the hot-tub.

Our group was 7 sisters and 1 brother. The house was perfect! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms! Well stocked. Great location!! We loved the hot tub. And one afternoon we had a moose family right off the deck!!

I gave 4-stars because there are some maintenance issues that we dealt with during our stay which should be addressed for future guests. 1) The powder room toilet kept running every time it was used so we had to keep the back lid off to manually seal the back tank 2) The garage door keypad did not work at all during our stay 3) The on demand hot water heater had to be restarted a number of times during our stay in order to get hot water and seemed to be very finicky 4) The biggest issue was that two people could not shower at the same time in different bathrooms or the water pressure would completely shut off for both showers until you restarted the hot water heater. In a house that fits up to 10ppl, only one person being able to shower at a time is not ideal.
Besides these few items, we had a great stay!

Went up for the 4th of July and this property was fantastic. House was clean, kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need, lots of open space to hang out, easy access to activities, and plenty of room. Had a blast staying there and would definitely come back.

Great house and location
The property was wonderful and in a great location. The house is spacious...plenty of room for the grandkids to play and not be underfoot. The layout was also great for our needs. The bedroom on the main level allowed my MIL a place to stay where she didn't have to walk steps and the multi-levels gave the rest of the family room to spread out. The property is very close to a walking trail that parallels a stream. Not only did the grandkids get to play a bit by the water, but the trail is a short walk to the ski village area.
The management company was very helpful. There were a couple questions that came up during our stay and Cathy was very responsive and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Steamboat.

When I tried to book this home I had some questions that I only received generic responses too. The questions I asked were not answered. My wife and I have several vacation homes that we advertise on various websites and this is why we manage them ourselves.
With regards to the home it was spacious and met our needs. The kitchen could use a few more items and be stocked better. When you own a million dollar property it only makes sense to have a well stocked kitchen which is such a minimal cost to do. A well stocked with everything goes along way.
The property could stand to be updated on the inside. I think 25 years ago carpet in the bathroom and shower area was acceptable. Not anymore. The master bath defiantly needs to be remodeled.
A note to the owners. I hope you actually get to read this review. We were disappointed that we reached out a couple times before we booked and didn’t get personal responses. That’s the problem when you let someone manage your property.
I would stay here again but it would be nice to have it updated and deal with the owner instead of management company.
