Located in Bradenton Beach, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a great choice for your next trip. I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking. The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach. Questions about the room please contact me. It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean. Within the condo; it's a 2 bedroom, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room is very spacious with a couch and large chair. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv's, and free wifi. If you are looking for additional rooms our son has 4 properties at Tortuga. You can check out the VRBO listing by entering these ID's in the VRBO search engine; 7850036 and 1626279 are both 1 bedroom condos and 2065681 and 7850036 are both studio condo options.

It was great location. Neighbors were nice and friendly Pool was warm. Wish the complex had a washer/dryer and elevator. Well maintained facility. Three older women do use more toilet paper than most people, so 2.5 rolls was not enough for 6 days.

Wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and has plenty of extra linens and towels. Parking is very easy to come by. Condo itself is lovely and well decorated. Very comfortable. Owner is easy to communicate with and get a hold of. There are many local restaurants you can walk to. The area is beautiful. Will definitely be contacting again for another stay.

Cute clean and so close to beach. Neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Carol was very accomadating and the directions to finf the unit were excellent. Loved it!!

We were very happy with our stay and our place. There was a little hiccup with our check in but, our host was very responsive and fixed the situation in a timely manner. The unit was just what we wanted and within walking distance all the local spots. The beach and pool facilities were very close by and really nice. We would definitely consider coming back when visiting AMI again.

My family stayed here over a long weekend to visit our eldest son. We had the best time. Check-in was easy and the apartment was just what we needed. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach was right there, and it was beautiful, maybe the best beach in all of Florida! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be booking again.

We stayed for my sister’s wedding. The location was great. We rented a golf cart to get around. The bedrooms were a nice size. The king bed was very comfortable. My parents slept on the queen bed. They would have liked a firmer mattress. There was lots of storage. Kitchen was stocked. It was nice to have hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. Super bonus was that the host provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of bath towels available. Very easy to communicate with owner…very friendly. Excellent stay overall.

This location is wonderful - the condo was great for two couples and easy walk to the beach and the condo has a nice pool too! Tons of places to eat nearby and super comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and responded quickly!

Arrived and checked in without a problem. Nice walkability to various places. Beach chairs were available for you, but you had to carry them down to the water. No umbrella’s for the beach. We bought a cheap one and left it for the next person. You can also rent from Beach Bums. We wish we would have known this before we bought a cheap one.

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to AMI. Loved having chaise lounge chairs for us at the beach-just steps across the street. Parts of the condo are tired, but it was clean and fit our needs perfectly!

Property was clean. Very conveniently located near restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. As far as amenities it’s very basic. Plenty of towels for showers but limited on beach towels. Bare minimum for a kitchen. No zip locks/wrap/extra toilet paper/ paper towels. If you are staying for any extension of time you will need to hit up the grocery store. Overall would certainly recommend and stay again!

Very cute, clean beach condo. Adequately stocked comfy bed and pillows plenty of towels .The pool was very crowded and too warm for my liking and Red Tide really put a damper on the vacation no fault of the condo owner. I did find a very nice private pool in the neighborhood..no one knew i didnt belong there 😊.

This was exactly the way it was portrayed. The reviews that touched on issues prior to my visit were not the case. I addressed carol about the issues noted in previous stays prior to our arrival and she explained the situation. This place was cute, comfortable, clean, and simple. We were able to make do with home cooked meals, as the condo only provides basic kitchen gadgets. We had zero issues and would come again every year if we could. Thanks Carol!

This is a great unit, right across the street from the associations private entrance to the beach. There were chairs available at the beach, and an umbrella and beach towels, as well as a boogie board, in the unit. The unit itself was quiet as it is not directly on the main road. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well supplied for making simple meals. The onsite pool was a great place to stop after the beach, water was quite warm. Easy walk to the Gulf Drive Cafe, which had wonderful tables right next to the beach; we ate there twice! We plan to go stay here again next winter.

The unit was Very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect with in walking distance to restaurants and the beach across the street. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect get away.

Check in easy and owner communication excellent. Great location across the street from quiet beach. Lounge chairs on the beach and included which was a plus as were the beach towels in the unit! Lots of bath towels provided as well. A few items that could have made our stay even better: more than one roll or TP, paper towel and garbage bags. There was no dishwasher soap but they ask that you start the washer when you leave. One of the counter chairs was broken but the owner was aware and called about that to check. Multiple slats missing from the patio door so people can see in and they don’t open.

Your place was very nice. I think your bathroom needs to be refreshed. The curtain and shower liner were old with rust... But overall it was a beautiful place
