This 2nd floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer! Each Bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living area has a sofa that can sleep the 9th and 10th occupant. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest) Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, this comfortable, family-friendly, harborside condo features a full kitchen, balcony, and access to a shared, heated pool and a rooftop patio, all within walking distance of parks, marinas, museums, and the beach. What's nearby: Head out and explore the town of Indian Rocks Beach where restaurants, shops, and even a local waterpark are just a short walk from this rental. Take the whole family on a trip back in time at the Pinellas County Heritage Village, just three miles east. Or visit St. Petersburg, only 20 miles away, where you can enjoy a game of baseball at Tropicana Field or check out one of several new microbreweries throughout the city. We had several maintenance issues. We were unable to regulate the temperature we ended up turning AC off. Room was cold! Lights in the bathroom went off. Messaged property management no one got back to me until we already had checked out. Sofa bed was dirty like someone urinated on it. Check in and check out times were not convenient. The view with the marina and balcony was nice. Overall not worth it for the price!

We enjoyed the location and would recommend for small families. We had 8 in our group which made the water park difficult as we did have to pay each day for 4 of our party. Would be nice if the pool could be used free of charge. The place itself was stocked nicely. The balcony view was great and relaxing to sit at night. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens for everyone. The walk to the beach is very convenient and takes only about 5 minutes. The condo is as advertised and we would stay again.

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the basic supplies. We enjoyed our stay! And the kids loved the water park. We were minutes from the beach and restaurants. Clearwater beach is just a 15 minute drive!

Family all had a great time. It was perfect for what we needed except the AC barely works. Front room was way too hot and we had to run the extra fan the entire time. My son even slept on the floor in his underwear just to cool down some. Power in front bathroom kept going out so we had to mess with breaker several times. Ac is way outdated and not big enough for unit. Other than that, it was great.

We had a great stay! The condo was equipped with everything we needed including a high chair and pack and play for our infant. The waterpark was awesome and my 5 year old had a blast. Great short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants close by! The dryer was a little iffy in that it would stop after a few minutes on regular cycle, so worked best on timed dry. Also my husband said one of the front burners on the stove didn't work great either. But overall very minor things! We had a great week and will be back!

We had an unfortunate experience, when we arrived and opened the pack and play for our child, there was a cockroach crawling around inside. It was a Friday evening so it took a few hours to get a hold of the property manager but they did end up allowing us to go out and buy a new pack and play and refunded the cost. It was just a hassle and made us nervous for the rest of the week as we were traveling with 3 young children! Otherwise the condo was nice and about 2 blocks from the beach! The water park / pool was very busy, there were no seats available within the first hour of opening, we were there on a holiday weekend so I am not sure if it’s always that busy. Overall we would not return or recommend this to friends due to the bugs in the condo and the crowds where we could not utilize the facilities!

I misunderstood when I booked this property. I assumed it had a private pool for condo vs water park pool. The condo was nice, for the price I think it could have had more amenities. The cleaning was ok, dirt under rugs and visible fingerprints on tables. If you want a water park condo this is for you. The noise level is next level with the amount of kids running the halls late at night. Overall a bit high priced for 2 nights when check in is at 4pm and departure is before 11am. You receive 2 days of tickets but the park closes at 6 so it is really 1 day of tickets…

Location was good, accommodations were extremely clean and well appointed. The added touch of available beach towels and beach chairs were fantastic. Enjoyed the included water park visit and swimming in the Gulf. Only complaint is the slow elevator. The unit is only one level up from the parking garage, so we mainly just used the steps which was better for us anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented with our daughter & grandchildren. We all had a great time at the Splash Park! We enjoyed dinners at VIP for Mexican food and PJ’s for seafood. Beach walks for sunsets are always the best. We are locals but it felt like a vacation away. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to be back.

The property was more than I expected. Wonderful amenities and well stocked in all of our areas we needed. The town was also cute with restaurants and shops nearby. The balcony was lovely and had a nice view. Beach was an easy walk even for people who are not able to walk very well.

This condo was an awesome place to stay for 5 days. My wife and two kids 2-4 years old had a great time. The location was perfect you could pretty walk anywhere you wanted to go. The water park was a hit for the kids and us. You are literally 1.5 blocks from the beach and restaurants all around you. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The "beach house" as my two year old calls it was beautiful. Nice size with a patio overlooking the intercostal. We spent every morning drinking our coffee and watching boats go by. Finding where to park was a little hard because there isn't a lobby for the condos. There is also an additional entrance to the water park on the north east end of the parking lot that we didn't know about until we left. It would have saved us a lot of walking. Overall this place was great. The host answered questions and the condo itself was beautiful. We walked to restaurants, the beach, and the water park/tiki hut. We definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was impeccably clean, beds were super comfy, balcony views were incredible and Debi was a gem to work with. The only drawback, especially if traveling with children, was the lack of dressers. I found it odd that neither bedroom was furnished with a dresser. Overall, exceeded our expectations.

This is an excellent location with beautiful views. It is minutes to the beach. The parking area is a little tight, but manageable.
